In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.

we stayed at this hotel in May 2016 and when our choir was planning a visit in December 2018 to sing Mozart's requiem in St Stephen's Cathedral at midnight we chose the option of staying here again and managed to book the junior suite well in advance at a very reasonable price.

Dear Alexsandrina, We would love to welcome you and your family at our newly refurbished hotel in July 2019! Our Boutique hotel is located directly in the city centre in a pedestrian area, just a few minutes walking distance from major sights and famous attractions. We would especially recommend one of our suites for your upcoming visit with us; either the suite classic or the suite cathedral, which is also overlooking the square and St. Stephen's cathedral as these room types can easily accommodate two adults and two younger children. Please also have a look at the detailed room type description on our website and do not hesitate to contact me directly should you have any further questions: assistant@hotelamstephansplatz.at It would be our pleasure to welcome you soon at the Boutique Hotel am Stephansplatz and we remain; With best regards, Kristina Klinger-Farnik, Assistant Manager

Dear Rani, Thank you very much for your question, The most convenient way is of course by taxi or airport transfer, which takes between 25 and 40 minutes, depending on the traffic. We are glad to assist you with a booking for an airport transfer in advance, please do not hesitate to contact us at office@hotelamstephansplatz.at Another possibility is to take the CAT (City Airport Train) which takes you from the airport to railway station “Wien Mitte” every 30 minutes within just 16 minutes. From there, take the underground line U3 (orange) direction Ottakring and get off after 2 stops at “Stephansplatz”, the hotel is located right in front of the underground station All further details can be found on our website hotelamstephansplatz.at/faq We are looking forward to welcoming you soon and remain, With best regards, Kristina Klinger-Farnik Assistant Manager
