1. For reaching any attraction sites, you have to take metro or walk for half an hour at least 2. They don't offer shampoo or conditioner specially, there's liquid soap for all use in bathroom. Make sure you take your Shampoo and Conditioner and body shampoo. 3. Breakfast was very tasty and coffee was great! 4. Rooms are spacious!

Booked for us as part of a package so I don't know the price but I know it is a budget hotel and is therefore excellent value. Not exactly central but on a transport hub which made everywhere easily accessible from the doorstep. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast - recommended. Note - no bar or restaurant on site.

The position is not perfect, it's not in the city centre and I don't know why but in Wien is very difficult to understand transports. The good thing is that they can give you a leaflet with some tips for trams. The room is very big, comfortable and the wc is very good ( wi-fi connection doesn't work often and...

At the beginning we had a couple of small problems, nothing to do with the Reception staff who were excellent, and I had a very pleasant meeting on the 3rd day of our stay there with the General Manager / Owner. I explained to him, and things were solved immediately and every better that I could have imagined. I would...

When we got there, it was clear that the receptionist had no idea what's going on. She didn't even know where to check our reservation. We asked if we could expand our stay - we didn't know yet what was waiting for us and tought we might stay two more nights - and she didn't know where to check the...

stayed only 1 night in vienna. Hotel is easy to find, very close to U-Bahn and more than good enough for one night. Staff was nice and room was also ok. We had nothing to complain about, wifi was also working.

The neighborhood is not a good one. They have hygiene problems. I do not recommend to eat breakfast at this hotel, better try the snack bars close the hotel. If you lose the last train you will have to pay o lot a taxi to get to the hotel.

I would have a minus to this hotel.Even to the best of my knowledge a regular hostel room would have free wifi. Yes, they stated free wifi. When we checked they said some technical problem. Rather it's not. It's actually not. The wifi was not working only in our room. We requested for a change in room after one night...

Good location, the rooms are clean, climatised, but breakfast is not included, 9 euros for breakfast is too much, the staff is helpful but not very polite. I would use the hotel again because of location.

Staying in Margareten

Neighbourhood Profile
Margareten
This former working class district blends hip eateries and avant-garde cinema with a time travel into 1950s Vienna. Feel the district’s pulse at Margaretenhof and Schlossquadrat. 19th-century Margaretenhof is a local icon, yet has very non-Viennese architecture with its brick structure and cast-iron verandas. The nearby urban Renaissance castle of Schlossquadrat houses several restaurants. In the summer you can sit in its romantic shady courtyard over Schnitzel and Kracherl (traditional fizzy syrup). Siebenbrunnenplatz and its surrounding shops and grocery stores have remained virtually unchanged in the past 60 years: taking a walk there is like stepping into a 1950s film set. Speaking of movies, head to avant-garde cinema Filmcasino in the evening. It often stages foreign language cult films.
