I stayed at this hotel for 1 night (30th May 2017). Upon arrival, the reception wasn't staffed. When the receptionist did return, I and other tourists were checked in. I was roomed on the 4th floor. That day, it was 33 degrees celcius in Vienna....More
The exterior looks shabby, however the interior appears freshly renovated and extremely clean. My only complaint was the dodgy wifi. Breakfast very generous, spacious bathroom. The area is a bit out of the way and a fair way from the city.

We found it very easy to take a tram to Westbahnhof station and change to the underground. Alternatively, a short walk to Braunsweiggasse U-Bahn station gets you straight on to the very efficient underground system.
