We stayed here in March for a long weekend for 3 nights. The hotel is easy to find it is on the opposite side of the road to the main station literally about an 8 minute walk. Which makes it really convenient as we used public transport all weekend and it costs 16 Euros to go anywhere for a weekly...

We loved this hotel. Though a little out of the way for some sights. Very close to Belvedere and the train station. Emmanuel at the desk went above and beyond to help serve us when we had an issue with the Hop On/Hop Off tickets. We thank him for his patience and fortitude during this time.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights from 20 April to 23 April 2017 at Prinz Eugen. The hotel's locational advantages are: Tram station as well as a must-see Belvedere Palace and Gardens, both within walking distance. Tram D takes you to State Opera, and Stephenplatz which is the central plaza and a happening place of Vienna. The hotel...

As others have stated, external appearance is not favorable, but interior is certainly acceptable. Rooms are dated and require upgrade, but nonetheless are very clean. Failed to provide housekeeping one day. Breakfast is standard European and very good. Good location near Hauptbahnhof and Schloss Belvedere, but somewhat distant from heart of the city.

The hotel itself is a little tired and worn in places, but a comfortable budget option, a 15-20 minute walk from the city centre and with clean, comfortable rooms. Close to the station though there isn't much locally in terms of dining or drinking options.

We stayed here for 3 nights over Easter weekend. The hotel is very conveniently located for both main train station and easy access to underground and trams to centre. The service was good and efficient. The room we on 7th floor, very clean and well kept. The TV stopped working on the last night but we didn't really need it....

This is a good hotel which delivers what it promises. If you know what you are looking for and what you are prepared to put up with, then you won't be disappointed. Its location has both pros and cons. It is 5-10 minutes from the Hauptbanhof, so with the local trains going to and from the airport twice an hour,...

Not physically possible for this hotel to be a luxury 4*, more like a basic 1 star tired Guest House. Location is strange as right next door to a building site which is not shown on their website. One entire building next door to this hotel has been bull dosed down, maybe this Hotel is next on the list. A...

We booked this hotel because it was close to the Hauptbahnhof for an early morning train. The metro into city is about 300m away. The hotel on the outside looks very derelict but inside was good. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Rooms were a little outdated but did the purpose.

Our first home during our recent trip. Pleasant Hotel just 500 yards from the main railway station. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast with hot and cold options. Just a shame that it doesn't have an evening restaurant. 300 metres from the nearest metro which will get you to the City Centre in less than 10 minutes
