We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in November. The hotel was easy to find from the metro and is very centrally located. The check in was quick and easy. The room we had was spacious and clean. When we arrived, the coffee machine didn't work but the receptionist quickly came to change it and brought us two cups of coffee on the house to compensate. Breakfast was included in our deal and it was very good. The staff on reception were helpful and polite. We ate in the hotel restaurant on our last night and we weren't disappointed. The only hitch we had was we asked a receptionist to order a taxi for us and he forgot. Luckily we checked and another staff member did order us a taxi and it came on time.
The location of the hotel is the best : in the center but in a quite street near Stephanplatz and walking distance from most of the sights museums opera house shops restaurants and more The room is comfortable big with nice bathroom and quite Good Wi-Fi Breakfast is very good The staff is very friendly helping allways kind and with smile
We booked this hotel because of the location. We stayed here for a week and we loved every minute of our stay. The room was large, free WiFi , nice bathroom. They served a lovely buffet breakfast. The nicest waitress was Livia who was so nice and helpful every single day. We had dinner at the lovely Firenze Enoteca Italian restaurant in the hotel itself.
Really liked this hotel. Right in the center of viena, location is TOP and you can be inside your room and don't hear a thing, very difficult on a city center hotel. The room has a good size. Veey cleaned hotel. Only need a basket in the room to put papers and stuff, only 1 in the bathroom. The breakfast is also very nice, I did enjoyed it. Bed mattress is hard but I like it like that. Yes I would return to this hotel, it's top notch 👌
We stayed for only one night in January, so it was cold. We did not arrive until after 6:00PM. What we liked: Fast and friendly check-in. The hotel is beautiful and maintained well. The room was spacious with a with a small sofa, refrigerator, safe, and walk-in closet. Double door kept the cold air and noise out. The breakfast was very nice with several hot and cold options from traditional to vegetarian. Coffee in a carafe brought to the table in a warm room. The staff was friendly, the desk can arrange tourist attractions such as hop-on, hop-off bus tours and others. The location was within walking distance of many many things. St. Stephen's Cathedral is within 2-3 minutes walk and ten minutes in all direction of things outside of the central "old" city area. A great are for taking photographs. A grocery store is less than 3 minutes away, but only open until about 7. Shopping are closes early so if you are going for shopping only souvenir places stay open late. I love the sausage stands on street nearby. Very nice location on paved flat area felt safe the entire time. What we didn't like: not much to say. I don't like to have to carry a real hotel key around with me fearing loss or theft. No water kettle in the room. To make coffee or tea you have to pay for it. We would stay again, it was a pleasant experience.…
