I had a great two-night stay here in early November. Hotel is across the street from a subway stop (Meidling Hauptstrasse) and near some restaurants. Check in was efficient and they acknowledged my Platinum status. My king room was spacious. The bathroom was only equipped with a shower (no bathtub), but was just as spacious and the toiletries provided were...

Perfect for the person who appreciates great service and inspired decor. Make no mistake the desk personnel did not meet the standards of Renaissance Arc deTri. in Paris (which was A+ splendid in their demeanour, knowledge and training). The check in went fine and was efficient. But, the bar area did outdo themselves. The staff were professional and utilized their,...

I stayed here when visiting my relatives in Vienna. I start with the positive things: - The hotel is clean and nice - It seems to have been refurbished in recent years - The complimentary WiFi is reasonably fast - Feasible amount of options at breakfast - God access to the underground U4 The negative things are: - Very long...

I like the hotel as its rates are very reasonable and its located to metro station and rooms are very well made with interesting and modern layout. But wifi continues to be very bad and that for me is a big negative. Which I think is a big issue for any traveller not looking to use mobile data while travelling....

We loved our stay in Vienna and walked miles over the there during our time. As other people have said, you have the under...

Nice, comfortable hotel with a metro stop right across the street for easy access to the main area of Vienna and close to the Schonbrunn Palace. I didn't eat here but the breakfast buffet looked good.

Beautiful hotel, very well laid out, lots of plug sockets in sensible places, tea/coffee making facilities just remember to pull out the shelf or kettle won't work (a sign above would have been helpful). Had a bit of trouble getting into room with key card but after a couple of tries reception came and recoded our door after that no...

We were very surprised at how good this hotel is. The rooms are very good and ours was very quiet but a bit warm. We had dinner in the hotel twice- which was ok. Breakfast is very good - a fair bit of choice and nice and fresh. The staff are very good. It's a stone's throw from the underground...
