I really like the room, simple and very modern, I got early check in! That was amazing. Staff very efficient. Location not to sure if is ideal. Love the decoration in the bathroom. The internet is free but just limited.

Took advantage of a extended weekend break, and booked the hotel via a package, pleasantly surprised with the excellent facilities within the hotel. It was very clean and our bedroom although a "standard room" was perfectly adequate with a very comfortable bed. The only negative point would be that the TV did not have a UK channel (lots of American... More

Relatively clean hotel. The breakfast is very good except by someone by the waffle location who was very unfriendly. On the other hand, Danilo frontage reception was very helpful and polite. Nice and big beds. Location is very good - not on the historical center but only a few steps from the green line on the U subway.

Stayed here for 2 nights in October. Let's put it into context. I have a Platinum card with this lot and specify as part of my profile room choice and "special" needs. None of my specifics were met by this hotel. It also cost me €140 per night which is significantly more than this place is worth. Outside of this,... More

It is a great hotel, for those who feel comfortable with the ultramodern style. Rooms are stylish, well maintained and don't lack the common luxury: coffee station, iron, safe, free wi fi,.. Breakfast is wonderful. Dinner is average. Lobby is small but well designed. Staff are friendly. The hotel location is average. It is five miles away from the main... More

I spent 5 nights in that hotel during a congress meeting although not very convenient for the congress venue, The hotel is fine, clean, with good service. Can do better on some items, especially for breakfast. Service is too slow, setting tables requires an eternity.

I booked two nights in the hotel and when I come in the late evening and with my greatest pleasure the reception informs me that I must move to another hotel because overbooking. Other structure was at 30 minutes from Renaissance, out the center, in a lost land without any restaurant close to the building. It's nice to arrive tired... More

The hotel itself is pretty good 1) Located far from city center, it's still close to Shoenbrunn Palace - all other sights are easily accessible by taxi or public transport. 2) Inside the hotel, one can find wonderfully designed lobbies and rooms 3) Amenities are literally luxury - Tokyo Milk, what a nice surprise! As for the people - stuff... More

Stayed for one night on business. The bar area looked lovely and vibrant. I was upgraded and had a very large, spacious suite. That being said, there was only one small bottle of water in the room; minibar was empty. The fitness center was nice and had both cardio equipment and dumbbells. Elevators and checkout were slow in the morning;... More
