I'm not particularly fussy when it comes to budget hotels and so for a hotel to receive such a poor review from me, things must be fairly bad. I was ignored by a receptionist who seemed to be more interested in his computer screen. I stood patiently at the desk, directly in front of him, no queue, without even an...

I want to give a fair review of this place so I'll start with the good... Very cheap, decent room, good breakfast. The bad.... Very very poor service. I had prebooked the room via Expedia and therefore wasn't expecting to pay anything. The reception asked for payment as I checked out and assured me that I hadn't prepaid only prebooked....

This hotel is a great budget option in Vienna. It is just across the street from the main train station in the south of the city. I arrived at 11pm on a train from Prague and had no problem checking in at the 24hr reception. I had a single room which cost just €50. It is quite far south of...

The breakfast options were great! Happy there. I had a single room, which was on a high floor. It was incredibly small. The furnishings were definitely old, and had seen better days. There was a refrigerator, but it didn't work. I was told none of them worked, and they didn't offer them - so why are they in the rooms...

The hotel is located next to the main station (4 minutes walk to the metro or train), the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very nice and breakfasts are amazlingly good. You also have wi-fi in the lobby and the breakfast room. We've spent there 3 days and can recommend it.

Actually they gave us first a large room with 2 small bedrooms but we had to change because that one stunk smoke and it was impossible. Breakfast was good and various. The location was not bad but...

Room was big enough, bed was good and very quiet to sleep. Bathroom was bad, shower without a protection barrier to avoid water all over the room, toilet bowl was not screwed in the floor. Hotel concierge very helpful, kind and courteous.

I have choosed to stay at this hotel because of the good location, price and stars rating. I have always believe that 3 stars hotels are a better place to stay for a few days holiday. I don't know who gave those stars to the hotel, but he/ she has made a big mistake. When I was coming back to...

The hotel is located directly at the Gürtel which isn't exactly a nice location but its just a few meters from the U1 station that takes you to the heart of the city. Nothing fancy, but pretty ok for the money. The rooms are a bit outdated and the walls are thin but you can't expect a hilton in that...

It is almost a terrible hotel near railway station. It is a hotel for max one night. Rooms are spacious but not clean especially bathroom. Poor sleep quality. Breakfast is ok. Hotel is two metro station away from the opera and three from the cathedral. Parking is not for free (some sites said it is free). You must pay a...
