It is hard to beat the location and value for this hotel. The hotel lives up to its reviews; going anywhere in Austria or neighboring countries is really easy. The property is super quite and safe. Location is the key factor that stands out. I would choose this place if I were to revisit Vienna.

The price, location, staff everything you name it, it was TOP !!! The hotel room has small kitchenette with everything, when I say everything they offer washing detergent and washing liquid etc that we didn't need to buy anything. We were so amazed by all the small details in this place. Also we have to say that the STAFF was the top! They were super friendly and kindest people. Everything what they offer was WOW, highly recommend and we def will go back when we visit Vienna next time.

Adina Apartment Hotel is located in the vicinity of Wien HBF—amazing for travelers who are visiting Vienna and need to catch an early train the next morning. The hotel is also walking distance from the Belvedere Palace—a location you must visit! Unfortunately, this hotel is so popular that it always get fully booked, which means there is a slim chance you can check in early. I was disappointed by this fact after arriving in Vienna on a early morning flight. We were not able to refresh ourselves in the most comfortable way possible. I do appreciate that the front desk kept our checked bags while we went out to explore. We were able to check in around 2 pm so that worked out in the end. The hotel room is spectacular and very clean. For your reference, we went with the studio option. I appreciated how big the room was for an European hotel room. The room had a kitchenette, small dining area, sofa and a washer/dryer combo. The bed was also very comfortable so we had a good night’s rest. The washroom was well-renovated and was very clean. However, I was not the biggest fan of their toiletries (shampoo and body wash) so it might be best to bring your own. Overall, this hotel is very nice but unfortunately, we had a poor experience with the climate control in the room. It was a warm day in Vienna and also very humid outside. The hotel had turned off their air conditioning that very day and the air conditioning did not work in the room. The ventilation fan was not sufficient. The room was super stuffy and we were constantly sweating in the room. We spoke to the front desk about this and they mentioned some of their guests were cold so they turned on the heat in the building. If you need a hotel with air conditioning capabilities on a warm day in the fall, Adina may not be right for you. This would be the main reason as to why I did not give the hotel the full five stars. If they fix their climate control system, I would really recommend this hotel.

Dear Susan, thank you very much for your honest feedback. We are happy to hear you have enjoyed our services. Let me point out that we have made some ímprovement on the regulation of our aircondition and heating system so that in uncertain seasons as described both options can be used. It would be our pleasure to welcome you back in the future.

With covid restrictions relaxing, we decided to travel by train to Vienna from Germany to celebrate my husband's birthday. The hotel is conveniently located near the Wein Hauptbahnhof. All staff we encountered were friendly and gave the best customer service. We stayed in a one bedroom room and my children slept on the pull out couch. They thought it was super comfy. The small kitchenette is great. It had a refrigerator, freezer, smallest dishwasher we have ever seen, a microwave oven, water kettle, coffee maker and a washer/dryer. Another plus wad the toilet was separate from the bath/shower room. We were pleasantly surprised by all the amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to any families staying in Vienna.

We stayed at Adina for 3 nights for a long weekend Mid-October. The hotel is located right near the main central train station (Hauptbahnhof), so is ideal for getting to from the airport, the train is very cheap at only €9 for two adults, and takes 15 minutes. DO NOT take the CAT train, it’s overpriced and doesn’t even arrive at the central station. There is a tram station also right next to the hotel (Hauptbahnhof Ost) so you are direct into the centre of the city in about 5-10 minutes at most.

We arrived on an early flight, and thankfully they had a room available for us to check in early and freshen up after the journey. As it was early they only had an accessible room available, this was fine but there was no shower screen or curtain, so the whole bathroom floor tended to get quite wet. Not a major issue though other than it could get a little slippery. Could do with at least a curtain there to keep it in the general shower area.

The room was lovely, and really well appointed. The bed was firm but comfortable, expect your standard Austrian style double with separate single duvets.

What was disappointing though was the air conditioning, it’s woefully inadequate. I was told by the front desk that this is due to the building being new and having to meet certain regulations, and therefore can’t be ice cold, 21°C is the minimum. I’m not 100% sure this is true, as a previous reviewer said they had been told they actually turned the air conditioning system off in September, this sounds more feasible to me as it did literally nothing. It was pretty mild for this time of year, and the room was too warm, the windows did nothing to help cool the room either unfortunately. I wouldn’t want to stay here in the height of summer if this is the extent of the Air Con performance.

Other than that though, it really was lovely and it didn’t detract too much from our stay. The breakfast selection was good and very tasty, with a mixture of hot and cold, savoury or sweet options. The bar is also reasonably priced for evening drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

All in all a pleasant stay at Adina, and an excellent location for transport links, being close to some major attractions (I highly recommend the Military History Museum nearby, it’s amazing value and tends to be nice and quiet, I will do a separate review for this). We also visited the Belvedere Palace which is a short walk, that was also very good.

As the title suggests, it’s a great hotel to use as a base for exploring, especially if you don’t want the prices or hustle and bustle of the city centre.

What a wonderful and detailed review, thank you for 4 points! We understand your feedback about the air condition, however mus point out that the regulation of temperature in our rooms should always be possible from 18 - 26 degree. Once the window is open the aircondition or heating system does not work due to environmental reasons. We thank you for your time to write about your stay and hope to welcome you back another time!

We recently stayed 4 nights at this hotel. The room was spacious, modern and clean. We were especially thrilled to have a washer/dryer unit so we could catch up on our laundry. The kitchenette made it easy to have breakfast in the room. We did the breakfast downstairs once and my overall impression is that it is not worth the15 euros per person extra. We loved the room but it was too warm at night even after we lowered the thermostat as low as we could get it. We were very happy with our stay. As others have mentioned it is very close to the main train station and the Belvedere. The D tram line goes right in front of the hotel. We found a Hofer store which is the Austrian Aldi within close walking distance. Very impressed with Adina.

This was a great location for our three day stay. Our room had a great layout with many practical conveniences. The small kitchen has the normal things that you would expect but also very practical things like a knife and cutting board, a wine bottle opener and a toaster. The coffee machine was nice to use early in the morning. The washing machine allowed us to get caught up on laundry before moving on in our travels. Everything was in good condition and clean.

The hotel is very close to the train and bus station making it very convenient for access to transportation. Nearby there is an Aldi grocery store for your needs, or grocery shopping if you prefer to eat in. In addition to the nearby restaurants, the train station has many restaurants and a Spar grocery store.

The staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful. They were happy to supply extra washing machine soap, coffee machine pods, etc. Our flight was in the evening. They allowed us to use their luggage storage after check-out until our departure time. We could even use the showers in the pool section of the hotel at the end of our day before flying. We could also sit in their large dining/lounge area and do some work.

It was a perfect location for a mixed vacation/work visit.

One of those few places where everything has been carefully thought through and actually works (Eg charging points near every breakfast table). Well designed minimal studios with kitchenettes, dinner tables, without unnecessary clutter but with everything one needs. Service is good. Sauna and pool are helpful additions.

Overall ok, but there are some very weird shortcomings.
First of all, there is a spa in the hotel but no bathrobes or loafers in rooms, which makes it very uncomfortable to use the spa. Spa is open from morgning till late in the evening, but... they still clean it during the daytime and it is not usable.
Cleaning service is rather poor, after first night they did not change our dripping towels, after second left the room totally uncleaned :(
Considering that the hotel is quite a few stops from the centre, I would personally choose another stay next time :)

We chose this hotel for many reasons. First of all we like to stay near train stations so we don't have to lug our stuff all over the place in a crowded city. This is very easy to get to from the Vienna Hbf and we felt very safe here. Second the description of the room really caught our eye. There is a washing machine/dryer combination in the room. Given this was toward the end of our trip, this was a super bonus. While finding a laundromat is generally not hard to do in any city, it is so much nicer just being able to do your laundry in your room. The volume it can do is not very much so we did have to do multiple loads but really did not care. The were was detergent provided in the room but we had brought our own knowing we were going to do laundry. The instructions were a bit difficult in the beginning but were easily solved. The room was large as was the bathroom. Room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Wifi was free, rapid and reliable. We were able to watch Netflix and Disney on the TV. You can only watch so much CNN and BBC. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel. Staff was friendly and it was easy to communicate with them. Oh, by the way there is a small kitchen in the room with dishes which saved some money. Breakfast was expensive so we just picked up food in the evening for breakfast in the AM. Enjoy.

Hi Rhona, 1st Option would be the One Bedroom apartment. You got 2 rooms, one living with a pull out sofa and a normal bed room. 2nd Option would be the Two Bedroom apartment. You got 2 Bedrooms, each with a bathroom and they are connected with a living room. 3rd Option would be 2 normal Studios interconnecting. Please be aware that the Two Bedroom apartment can be only booked via our own website. Hope this helps and we are looking forward to welcome you.

Opposite of the shopping corridor, walk to the end of the terminal, down the escalators. Exit where the light rails and buses board. Take a LEFT, cross the street and Adina will be less than a block on your right.
