Loved it! The location is simply the best! Hotel staff is fantastic and helpful. I didn't do breakfast there because there are too many fantastic bakeries in the area. If you are looking for a really traditional "American" type hotel, this doesn't feel that way....More
This hotel/pension is in the heart of the city. It's ideal for getting around! We stayed for two nights. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with more choices than we expected (not included).
The room was large (we didn't have the cheapest one).

Money worth. Central. Near to many attractions.Reception/ staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are good and clean. The breakfast is good, but the price is quite expensive. Do not arrive after midnight .Nobody at reception will be available.

In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The
Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
