Great location. Nearby Spar (supermarket) and many restaurants, All the center is within a short walk. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. No lobby - but the hotel restaurant is open all day long.

We stayed here two nights in May 2013, the rooms are average. The location is OK, relatively speaking its handy-ish. In my book, the worse part (and the reason I would never stay here again) is the breakfast they serve up is rubbish, the milk smelled off, the bread was old, the bacon thin and greasy (and i like greasy...

The hotel has a wonderful location: 10 mins walk to city center and right off the airport shuttle bus. Rooms are spacious although not very well decorated. Staff is friendly. Ok breakfast. Overall a good choice in city center.

The hotel staff was very noisy and rude. On the 1st night, we heard hoovering at 7am. In the morning we were demanded to leave the breakfast room at 10am because breakfast finished at 10am!! So you can't stay sat down to finish your breakfast beyond that time. The breakfast buffet was very basic and staff started removing the buffet...

The hotel impresses with its significance, traditional interior, solidity. Spacious rooms with high ceilings, old good-quality furniture, a spacious bathroom. Rooms are different, our adult children got room recently renovated, with a refrigerator and an LCD TV, modern bathroom, and we had a room is old, with a CRT TV, but comfortable and enjoyable. The location in the heart of the...

This hotel is right off of the U1 Red line Schwedenplatz. It is very convenient to get you anywhere around the city. The rooms are nice and clean. Staff is really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is a traditional Austrian breakfast of meats and cheeses.

I stayed at the hotel for a week. The location is perfect and you can walk to most attractions of Vienna. The room was clean and roomy and felt homely. Also nice and warm considering outside was freezing cold. Breakfast very good for a 3* hotel. Helpful staff. An overall pleasant and comfortable experience. Considering Vienna is an expensive city,...

Stayed here as part of a Rick Steves tour and for a few days after. Room was large, clean with some outside noise from local nightclub. Front desk staff not very helpful or friendly but it depended on who was staffing it. Some were more helpful than others. Hotel restaurant was convenient for a meal if coming in late after...

The hotel is in a good location that is close to the metro and downtown section. The service from the front desk left much to be desired from the beginning. They were unfriendly during check-in and seemed more interested in continuing their conversations between each other than taking our paperwork and handing over our keys. The cleanliness level was poor....

The Hotel Post is dirty, noisy and an establishment that has no respect for the safety and security of its patrons. There were renovation workers immediately outside of our window as of 0730 in the morning and we were not provided with curtains to offer some privacy. Worse yet, our room was immediately next to the workers' access door and,...
