Great location, lots to do within walking distance, professional courteous staff and very kid friendly. When we checked into our room they had it well prepared for our son with games, toys and of course rubber ducks in the bathtub.

It was a wonderful experience very good location and excellent staff ,room have very calling ,quiet and cosy, you are allowed to smoke in the bar ,that it is very unusual. You can go by foot to the center and don't need car or any taxi, and is very close to the theaters

We had a wonderful time at this property. The staff was fantastic from the planning stages, to the moment we checked in (early--thank you so much for that) till the day we checked out. We were sad to leave. It's not my favorite RC of all time (that belongs to Palm Desert) but it did not disappoint overall. The location...

This property perfectly combines key features of business and leisure hotel. I stayed here both on business and privately. Top location. Staff is very attentive to all requests. The Ritz-Carlton Vienna is a great hotel in a great location. We enjoyed the bar drinks, many are original. The steak restaurant is very busy, make a reservation. The food is fantastic. We look forward to returning to Vienna and the Ritz-Carlton.

Lovely Hotel. Beautiful attention to detail and very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Rather dreary curtains in bedroom, but otherwise very well-appointed hotel. Great cigar-bar. Why can't we have these in UK?

Outstanding service and facilities with a sharp, professional staff who can help enhance your stay in this beautiful city. The hotel location allows you to visit most of Vienna's great museums, palaces, operas and music on foot and walks along the ring road are lovely.

My fiancé and I stayed here for four nights for my 40th birthday. We had a club lounge room and upon arrival was greeted by the very friendly Aaron who very kindly upgraded us to a fantastic room to the front with a balcony. The room was immaculately clean and very spacious. Couldn't fault anything! The club lounge was only...

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
