Our experience was average. We stayed for 2 nights , 3 adults in family suit with balcony. We had an early flight so we arrived at the hotel at around 9 am just to leave our luggage in the luggage room, we did not intend to check in at that time. The receptionist said that our room was ready , but we have to pay for an early check in, otherwise we will have to wait until 16:00 . We did not pay, so we just left our luggage and started wondering around Vienna. We came back to the hotel at around 20:00 , got to the room and surprise, the bed (an extended sofa) for the 3rd adult wasn’t made . Had to go back downstairs , complain about it , after that somebody came with bed sheets to make the bed as we were waiting in the room. We got 2 pizza for dinner late in the evening , it was awful. 1€ pizza from the market made in the microwave which costs 11€ at the hotel . There is no mini bar in the room ! Other than that, it was a pleasant stay, as we did not spend much time in the hotel. We received a voucher with a welcome drink for each guest. I could say the room was clean. Free coffee and water in the morning in the reception area. Easy access to public transport. 2 min walk to tram station, 5 mins to metro station . I don’t think I would return.…
Very nice hotel. Staff is helping and provided guidance for various things like where to go in city and most importantly how to get covid test done . They provide free gargle test kit which was very important for us to enjoy city. Breakfast is great. Rooms are beautifully maintained..we got nice top floor room with amazing view . Public transport and some nice restaurants are at walking distance. Thank you to all staff.
We were so glad we stayed at this hotel. As a family with 4 children, it was ideal since it is very close to the train station and breakfast is super delicious. All the reception team were very helpful and cheerful. Highly recommended
The hotel is very nice, and the staff are super polite and friendly. The hotel is well positioned, and it is easy to come buy either by car or by public transport. The garage is small and often full, but there are good parking options nearbye.
Very nice hotel, with perfect location and clean room. Modern und sympathetic ambiance. Very good croissants, the ideal breakfast. At the tram and Ubahn U6 to Westbahnhof and Hauptbahnhof. With tram 37 to heart ❤️ of Vienna.
Good breakfast and staff which are very friendly and helps us with our questions of printing tickets. Nice room with a good bed and a nice bathroom, equipped for elderly people. You can leave your luggage in and luggage room when you left your room.
The extremely nice staff tried to be very helpful and every time i reached them anout the WIFI - they connected me, but it disconnected after half an hour or so, when i got up to my room. They promised to put me on some VIP list or something, which didn't happened, each of them tried a different solution, which didn't work for long, explanations about the system and a request to come at 07:30 am to meet someone professional of the internet, at some point i gave up. Except that - everything was outstanding, the room was very clean (and i'm known as having crazy high standards).
We spent 2 nights in the hotel with our 3.5 yr old daughter. There is a well equipped kids corner in the lobby, our child was greeted with a colouring book and a gift bag. We liked the modern design, the spacious room and the big variety at breakfast. We are going to stay here if coming to Vienna again.
Very comfortable with public transportation, very friendly stuff, very clean and nicely cool design, great hospitality. Competitive prices. Great coffee machine. We recommend this hotel without thinking twice for those who looking for great hotel with normal budget.
The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are excellent, ever helpful and even going as far as telling us that we had overpaid - giving us an immediate and unexpected refund . The hotel is a little way out of the centre but has very good public transfer links with a U-bahn station about 200 metres away and trams passing nearby. Central station is less than 30 minutes away. The views from the hotel are nothing special (a tower block and cemetary on one side and a railway on the other) and traffic can be noisy but as a base for exploring Vienna it is hard to beat. The breakfasts are standard hotel fare so it is worth trying nearby cafes (the Monarchie is good). This was our second visit to this hotel and we plan to go again whenever in Vienna.
