We stayed in this small, friendly hotel for four nights during a family holiday in Vienna, having booked the separate suite as we were travelling with our son. We could not have stayed in a friendlier, more comfortable place. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. The suite was spacious and really did feel like a home rather than a... More

We stayed in Hollman Beletage for 3 nights. Everything was perfect from the moment of check in to check out. Very nice, smiling and professional front desk people, nice personal greeting on the board next to your room , excellent housekeeping ( the room was sterile clean), fruits in the room, everything you need in the room and bathroom (... This hotel opened in March, so everything is clean :) Great location- quick walk to the opera house and main drag of restaurants. Great shopping on the same block as the hotel. The hotel restaurant is also pretty good! The breakfast is AWESOME. A lot of selection, and consistently good! Just note that you need to book your opera house... More

Our 2nd visit to Vienna in 27 years. The first was our honeymoon; this was a celebratory anniversary and while Vienna was the main attraction, the Hollmann-Beletage (HB) played an excellent host. Location is wonderful - just a short walk to Lugeck Square and Stephansplatz. And hospitality at the HB was top drawer. From the personalized greeting by the door... More

I went to Vienna for an international congress. I have booked the hotel via internet without any other information. That is sometimes risky because you can mislead. But fortunately everything was as looked to be. It is a cosy hotel in a perfect location. Five minutes walking distance from Stephanplatz, the heart of Vienna. The staff and the service was... More

Loved the Hollmann. Staff went out of their way to help with transportation and tours. There were alot of choices with the included breakfast. The location could not be beat. Overall, a great value for the money.

We loved the quirky design of this boutique hotel and the owner's attention to detail, from the fantastic 3 course breakfast to complimentary beer and sandwiches in the afternoon to the thoughtful decanter of whisky in the games room and blankets on the patio. We stayed in a room (#18) with a bathroom with large walk-in shower and freestanding bath... More

Great location, helpful staff, delicious breakfasts. Was a bit of a shame that we had a family in the next door room whose children woke us up at 7am as we'd come away without our children & were looking forward to lie-ins, but that's life I guess! Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have tea/beer on tap for... More

What a wonderful find!! We had an absolutely delightful 3-day stay at Hollmann Beletage. We arrived early in the morning (many hours before check-in) and they took such good care of us, including getting us settle by the time we returned. The two managers we encountered went above and beyond in their hospitality, the breakfast was a delight and the... More
