Brilliant, just brilliant. Great location just 0.4 miles to the Inner Stadt touristy centre and on the main non touristy shopping street.Eduard and Gholam were exceptional staff on duty when we returned in the evenings, welcoming and helpful and nothing too much bother. Hats off to you two Gentlemen. Beautiful decor, and comfortable bar and reception area. The room was amazing with all mod cons, underfloor heating in the bathroom, Dyson hairdryer, coffee machine (no tea so bring tea bags and milk) big flat screen TV, lights in floor, walls, under bed, bedside tables all very modern, lovely big comfy bed with two separate duvets. We would stay here again
One of the best city hotels I've stayed in. Spectacular interior, superbly comfortable and well equipped rooms, entirely spotless from top to bottom, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and generous, the bar is spacious and comfortable. The location is great, close to museums and markets, and only 15 minutes walk from the very centre of the city. It was also very peaceful - we heard barely a sound inside or out for 4 days, despite the building works opposite. I really cannot find fault - it's one of those hotels I'd like to take with me to every city.
This hotel is just perfect! Wonderful in every way possible. Very good location, beautiful design, kind staff, small but somehow still convenient room. I loved the fluffy duvet and the small spa! Wonderful hotel, don’t look anywhere else!
Excellent boutique hotel with friendly staff who speak good English. Despite overlooking the main street our room was well soundproofed and the location is excellent. Our Vienna Pass was hardly used because we walked almost everywhere. We did not have breakfast but enjoyed the (complimentary) cake on offer as well as the well stocked bar.
I don't say this lightly. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The art, the amenities, the service, the location. A real gem in Vienna. The hotel is super up to date on technologies, and is perfectly curated.
This hotel is perfect. Everything is by walking distance . Shopping area , good restaurants, bars and historical sites. Highly recommend. Great breakfast and spa. This boutique hotel looks very beautiful . Full of art & very clean. we had the studio with the balcony. I have no complains .5 stars
A great hotel located within a walking distance to all main attractions. The staff was very helpful, rooms are clean , cozy and very well decorated. Best for couples or solo travelers. Would love to come back
The Das Tyrol is simply a great place to stay, close to all the great sights and shopping. The management team was superb and super helpful. Breakfast was tasty and the bar fully stocked for an evening cocktail. Quaint rooms and a private spa to relax after a big day was just what was needed. This hotel is a fantastic place to stay if you want a boutique experience that's close to everywhere you want to go in Vienna. Well done team!!
Das Tyrol is a wonderful hotel...feels like home but you are pampered in every way. We never stay anywhere else when in Vienna ...it is perfection. From the front desk, rooms, cleanliness, and decor, to the location...you feel like a local but you are close to everything you need and all the sights of this great city. Thank you to all !
Das Tyrol was one of the best things about our stay in Vienna. Our room was lovely, modern, and quiet, and the location was perfect for sightseeing. It was the gracious service that really stood out, however. When we arrived, we stumbled into the lobby with bags of food, too many suitcases, and jeans we had spread out in our car trying to get them to dry. Our car was also blocking the street outside. The clerk/concierge, Eduard, would have had every excuse to greet us with attitude, but instead he leapt up and with nothing but courtesy took control of the situation. Every concierge we met during our six-day stay was equally good natured and helpful. We will happily stay at Das Tyrol again on our next trip to Vienna.
