nice staff and nice hotel! very close to the metro station.
Quite many choices for breakfast
housekeeping staff cleaned our room everyday
sound proof of the room was excellent that we didnt hear people walking or closing door outside
We were in this hotel with an group of 11 people.
The rooms are quite nice and I liked the showers very much although they cannot be shut which means your companion sees you fully.
Apart from that the breakfast was great. Good choices and...More
It's not the picturesque Villa that you think of when you think Austria; it's a regular building in the middle of the city but I would come back because everybody was pleasant;
Great restaurant the food really was very good
We enjoyed our stay here. The beds were very comfortable and a/c worked well. We loved the glass shower in the room. The hotel is near the west train and subway station. The only weird thing was the lights and electrical situation. The lights and...More

Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries, arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a perfect hangout on a warm summer evening.
Museumsquartier is Neubau’s undisputed highlight: the former Imperial stables house various top museums of 19th to 21st century art. If you love interiors, head for the Imperial Furniture museum (Hofmobiliendepot), one of the world’s largest furniture collections. Find your favorites among a dazzling array of Baroque, Biedermeier, Art Nouveau and Modernist chairs, sofas, cupboards, coat hangers, foot stools and wash basins. No weekend visit would be complete without stopping by a local café on a weekend morning for brunch.

I stayed at this hotel over the 2016 holiday season. I arrived on a flight at the Vienna airport (VIE) and simply took a bus to the Westbahnhof train station (Europa Plaza) and then turned left and walked slightly uphill past the MotelOne to the hotel in only 5 minutes - an easy 2 block walk even with large piece of luggage. From the airport the bus departs from Stand #7 and leaves every 30 minutes at x:05 and x:35 after the hour taking 40 minutes. The train station was the only stop. The trip cost 8 Euros and tickets are available from a machine in front of the bus stop using cash or plastic.
