Booked into a 1 room apartment for 4 nights. On entering the room on the 5th floor, noticed pillars of wood sticking out of wall and ceiling in the kitchen. Had to watch where you're going or get knocked out. There is no tea towel or dish cloths in the kitchen either. Only have shower curtain in the bathroom so...

Fantastic accommodation, clean neat room. Will recommend to others! Its located close to an industrial zone but not bad. Close to a tram station and good eateries around, Spacious but small for family of 05. Would have appreciated if the washing machine could have instructions in English

Whole buildings is way too hot. Heating was off, but had to sleep with all the windows open in May! Whole apartment furnished from IKEA, including cheapest pillows and bedding. Cheap rough towels. Kitchen very under equipped. No hair dryer. Was a power outlet within the shower! Building feels insecure. "Keys" for main door and apartment door are codes written...

My daughter and I stayed five nights in a two bedroom two bath apartment. First the positive: The rooms were light and bright. The apartment was in a good location next to the river. There are good cafés nearby and the tram is conveniently located. It was nice to be able to have a living area to relax in the...

This is a really nice place for shorter and longer visits, especially when you are not travelling alone. Location is perfect and the apartment nice, clean and comfortable, people are friendly and provide help when needed. It is exactly what it promises, an affordable place close to centre of Oslo even when the budget is limited. Great place for students...

My brother, his wife and I stayed here for three nights. The apartment has a big drawing room, two bedrooms, and a single washroom. Spacious, though the rooms layout is poor. This is for families who just want a place to stay, as there is no housekeeping, room service or restaurant. However, the place is conveniently located near a tram...

The whole place was a compete dump. It wasn't clean or tidy in any way. The kitchen facilities were worse than you find in a POW camp so there is no way you would use them. The staff were extremely unhelpful and quite rude at times. The location was pretty average so you had to travel a bit

Good hotel for the price. Not to far from public transportation and really not to far from the city harbor by foot. When we went the hotel had flooded causing there to be a smell though and also causing the fire alarm to go off. Overall not bad.

Chateau Apartments is located by the river Akerselva in the Grunerlokka district. It took me 20 minutes to get there on foot with luggage from Oslo Sentralstasjon. The apartment I had was spacious and pleasant enough, but one always felt that the décor could do with a bit more imagination. The furniture is quite basic, IKEA style. In my apartment,...

Located in the fashionable Grünerlökka district, these serviced appartments are a useful alternative to a regular hotel. The building is situated a few minutes from a tram stop, but also even reachable by foot from the railway station (ca 15 mins). The reception is not always open and it is advisable to call ahead and tell them when you come....
