A top-notch hotel in central Oslo. Check-in, concierge and restaurant staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. I had a single room on the 5th floor; quite a small room, but not a problem as I was only staying for one night. The fitness room and spa/sauna looked excellent although I didn't have time to try them out.

Oslo has 3 fourstar hotels. Bristol is one of them, and keep av flair of good old days, but stays also modern. The room I got, double as single, was big enough but the bathroom was tiny, just a shower and a wc. Smart gadget is the permanent contact for charging. How many times have you put your phone or...

I stayed a few times at Bristol. I like the atmosphere and good location. The rooms are nice even of they are not often spacious. Clean and well equipped. On a few occasions I have heard neighboring rooms, but more often its been very quiet. A hamburger in the library bar is well recommended.

Stayed two separate night here. What a gem of a classic 30s-40s hotel. Beautiful reception area, very popular with the locals as a meeting place. Rooms well appointed and clean. Breakfast was very good with a huge choice. You won't be dissapointed.

I rally liked this hotel to spend a few days discovering Oslo. It's very central and we can walk to visit most of main attractions of the city, shopping or going out for dinner. Very nice breakfast with many choices. Highly recommended!

Stayed a Saturday with my wife and another couple to celebrate mutual anniversaries. The hotel looks anonymous from the outside but the inside is impressive and majestic. Classical English style with wood and ornaments etc. we were upgraded to a very nice Club Room on the 6th floor. Classy and clean room with comfortable Kingsize bed, mahogany desk, separate bathroom...

Very British, close to the central station Room size is good, furniture a little bit old modish. Breakfast is excellent, the receptions are not so friendly. Lobby is nice, but the music is a little bit noise to speaking.

Every now and then me and a couple of friends meet up to to catch up over tea at Bristol. It's quite popular, so we reserve a table to make sure they can seat us. Unfortunatly this also means we are only allowed to use the table for 2,5 hours. That maybe the largest downside of the experience, because when...

The lobby is wonderfully antique with wood, leather furniture and tuxedo clad waiters. The rooms have completely modern bathrooms with high pressure rain forest heads. Beds and interactive giant TV are terrific. A wonderful blend of old antiques with modern facilities. Probably the best in Oslo and reasonably priced.
