Its was last minute check in since all the hotel in town area quite full. The inevitable teething problems, what more with MCO. Pros: Waiting at the front desk for almost 15minutes waiting for the staff to assign which room for my stay. Room decor and layout I rate 6 out of 10. There's drilling sound at 7;30AM in the morning right under my room. Cons: Staffs are friendly and helpful.

From the first step I felt the warm greetings, the place is very homely, clean & colourful with friendly staff. Dr Iise owner of the place was super friendly and welcoming. He showed us around, let us try their famous local honey drink which was amazing Highly recommended! If u visit there u must try. He is a great photographer too, he took pic of us for memory. Great location, resort has access to the beach very relaxing. Great for any occasion. This place will stay on my top list if I visit Penang again. Highly recommended! U won’t regret Great job 👏🏻 keep it up

Under the shadow of covid, we checked into the Lost Paradise Resort, and instantly knew that we had made the right choice. For one, the place was not even five minutes' drive from the city, and yet, the place seemed a world away - situated as it was down a slope, isolated from the traffic noise, and facing the great expanse that was the Andaman sea. Then there was our room - the grand family suite named Senja. And boy, was that a stroke of luck. It was a huge room, brightly lit from two sides with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, with a direct view of a Balinese courtyard with its own private lily pond, and its very own cool breezy porch serenaded by the sounds of lapping waves, where we were destined to have all our meals in a comfortable yet distanced setting from all the other guests. The room itself was set for four occupants, and it was the only suite with two separate bathrooms, one of which was open air with its own outdoor bathtub! How quaint! After acquiring some plates and cutlery from the kitchen (which was closed due to the MCO), we were all set to have a self-sufficient holiday weekend. We explored the marvelously colourful compound and structures, and i was personally intrigued at how we had missed this gem of a place in lieu of staying at other generic big hotels all these years! Great little gem of a place for a quick and effective escape!
