First of all, we choose this hotel because of a competitive price given. Its really value take. But it dissapointed our stay for most part. First of all, breakfast menu is extremely awfull, not much choice. Cant even get a half boiled eggs (Suprisingly!). Not many would have rice in the morning. But that and the rice poridge was the only menu on my 21-Nov stay. Quite dissapointed. Also, there are no in room dining menu. One have to call the cafe to ask what food is available. Many hotels have menu card on the room for easy selecting the food of choice. Kind of weird practive this hotel have, i called and ask and they mentioned no menu card in rooms. Not to forget, they only have beers and wine, no cocktails! We would love to enjoy cocktails at our room, unfortunately this hotel does not have it! Not the type of International standard of service or gastronomic expectations that one can expect at this hotel. Some might dissagree. Ok for stay and roam around other places but enjoying a decent meal or beverage will definetly give you a dissapoinment for sure.

We had an a fantastic experience during our stay! The staff were all warm and friendly and very helpful with our belongings. To our surprise, we were also granted a complimentary upgrade to a sea view room and its so beautiful and cosy. We really needed the escape after the lock down and the Mercure Dream Team certainly made our trip worth while! A special thank you to the Mr Nishaal for his kindness to greet us as well while we were having our coffee. Thank you and keep up the great work!

I was very impressed with the staff and the rooms at the Mercure Hotel. It was a last minute booking and I wanted to be close to Fettes Park where my wife's family lives. The hotel staff were very gracious and the rooms had beautiful sea views. The hotel is also very centrally located from the famous places to eat and yet tucked away to offer a nice respite from the hustle and bustle each day. The hotel is literally 10 meters away from the beach where there is a cute sheltered cove. Kids and families were picking sea shells and I saw kayakers in the distance. The staff were very kind and the GM (Navin) said hello and we had a nice chat. The front desk manager was Gana and she went out of her way to see that everything was good with my staff. As I had to check in quite late, she even stayed back after his shift ended to see that all was ok.

My rating says it all. Nonetheless I must give extra credit to Gana @Recep for accomodating my early arrival for my adhoc online meeting. Accor plus is a value membership indeed. Thank you for the hospitality

It was bad experience overall. Lets make it simple. We reached the hotel at 5pm and stop at the lobby to drop the luggage. Bad experience starts here. 1. There is noone to help with the bag so we have to carry the bag to the stairs. I saw guard there but To my surprise he just looked and even ask us to move the bag to another place without helping. 2. Check in was smooth but then how on earth they can asked me to push the trolley with all our bags to our room by our own with a reason covid19. But they can take the trolley back by themselves. Worst excuse you can think of. Never in my travel life hotel asked me to be a bellboy 😂. 3. Breakfast spread very less which i suspect due covid19 to reduce cost 4. Swimming pool is ok 5. Beach is clean but careful with jellyfish If you guys is ok paying for room. Then should be ok. If you guys paying for services as well please avoid it
