I stayed here for a week and I didn't want to leave. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the location is superb. Right opposite the beautiful Devonshire park theatre and only a tiny walk to the beach!!!!! Very clean, comfortable rooms and the breakfast's are excellent! I'm booked to go again already!!!

Lady at reception was very friendly, what a nice welcoming. Room was wonderful, nice bathroom, good shower. Lots of options during breakfast, all the usuals + extra. Mix up with veggie/non veggie sausages but quickly resolved. We were lucky to find a parking spot nearby. I can imagine that during summer periods and when there's a theatre performance it gets...

A wonderful visit yet again! I'd recommend Mowbray to my family and friends, as well as work colleagues too. I was warmly welcomed by Darren, and many of the staff were so warm too, and it makes one feel really warm, and friendly to.

We found the staff very helpful. The lift was quaint which you would have to experience. Teas and coffees in the front lounge were complimentary and we...

Stayed at the Mowbray again after 2 years. The owner and staff are still very good. A very warm welcome and a cup of tea/coffee on arrival. The food is great and plenty of it. The rooms are very clean and tidy. Not far from the sea frontand shopping centre.

Booked the Mowbray as an overnight business stop. Parked on the road outside, free 6.00pm-8.00am. Welcomed at the door by the owner, always nice. Quick check in then off to my room. On the first floor, nice room with all I required for an overnighter. Shower hot and powerful. Located about 100 yards from the sea front one way and just...

We enjoy Eastbourne Theatres and this is the fourth Hotel we have stayed in, in their vicinity. Dealing direct we got a good price and had half board. We were offered tea and biscuits on arrival. Our room was spotless and well equipped. Two single beds adjoined made for a lovely large double. Usual drink making facilities and biscuits and...

What a great little Hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff. The best Breakfast in Town. Honesty Bar & Ice Cream. Tea & Biscuits in the room. Pity about the small room and intermittent Wifi on the 3rd floor
