Hi Katherine. I'm afraid Seaview Guest House is an old Victorian building with no elevators. Our breakfast room is on the lower ground floor (which is 15 steps) and we do have seven steep steps leading up to our main front door. However if your husband is OK with this, we do have a lovely double en suite room on the ground floor that would be suitable for yourselves. There are bars in the shower in this bathroom to assist but not by the toilet.
