Amazing position opposite the seafront, first class accommodation and friendly host. Warm relaxing atmosphere just what the doctor ordered. Already booked for next year! Plenty to do in Eastbourne shows/restaurants/walks etc.

We have just returned from a 2 night stay. There was a warm welcome from the owner- Suzanne, who has only been there since May this year. The house is in a good position and our room at the front of the house had lovely sea views. There is on street parking outside (we managed to park right outside the house)....

This is a quiet house, set back from the main road but with lovely sea views from a couple of the bedrooms. Jane is a lovely, friendly lady who makes everybody feel so welcome. The breakfasts are very good. Parking is easy and free. Very reasonable rates. My first choice in Eastbourne,

Jane and Dave were the most friendly hosts and extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything that you could need. Breakfast was plentiful and always served with a smile. Parking was also not a problem, which was a bonus. All in all, a most pleasant stay.
