We are a German couple and stayed for 1 night in Latimer House. The house ist not far away from the beach. Mary an Michael were friendly hostesses. The breakfast was delicious. The Latimer Room was very nice and very clean. Thanks for a too short stay. Next time we will stay longer in Latimer House.

We stayed here in August. The carlton room is huge and the bathroom is great too with lovely power shower. Room was serviced every day fresh towels too and chocolate biscuits. There is a fair walk to the centre I suppose about 20 minutes, but nonetheless a pleasant walk along the seafront. breakfast was very nice. Best to tell the...

I've been in many b&b's in England during a lot of years. I always travel with my wife and brother-in-law. And we found this address one of the best. We booked the Latimer and the Carlton room far in advance via internet, where we've got the information from. We were very surprised to find such an clean and well-kept house....

This was a quick visit staying two nights. The proprietor was very unhelpful in that we had to carry our bags up two flights of stairs whilst he carried a jug of milk!! Breakfast arrived slightly cold and we were rationed to one slice of toast each. The over the bath shower did not have a safety rail to hold...

We booked the room by phone at the last minute after realising that we would have to stay longer to settle our daughter into her room at University. We had previously viewed their website but the 2 rooms had been booked up. On this occasion we were lucky! Mr and Mrs Reilly were so welcoming and totally unphazed that we...

I'm in total agreement with the first review - I just cannot find fault, try as I may. I requested an extra bed in the Carlton Room - no problem. When comparing this establishment with others, of the same tariff, if was like winning the jackpot! The proprietors were very helpful and most knowledgeable concerning the locality and attractions.
