We stayed here over Easter 2017. Right by the sea front, only 45 mins from Brighton and 15 mins from Beachy Head. Lovely beach themed rooms, spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a delight as were Mario and his wife. We enjoyed her bunny ears and Easter theming. Thanks for a lovely break :)

Having previously stayed at hotels when visiting Eastbourne we thought we would try a B & B for a change. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice our room was. It overlooked the sea and had a shared balcony and with nice weather it would have been a real treat. Everything was fresh and very clean. We had a bath...

Warm and friendly welcome. The room was comfortable, clean and furnished in a tasteful coastal theme. Thoughtful additions to room - fresh milk, chocolates and biscuits. Breakfast was amazing - both hot and cold buffet with vegetarian and GF options. Doreen's fresh compote is delicious! Would recommend.
