This is a pleasant hotel, if a little dated. The owners are very friendly and the breakfast was decent, but the room was absolutely freezing. 3 of us stayed at this hotel as part of a 2 night business trip (the other night spent in Premier Inn, Bangor). When I was shown into my room, there was no heating on... More

Really a B&B, not a hotel. Very good position opposite the pier and close to shops and restaurants. New owners are very friendly and helpful and are gradually refurbishing throughout. Efficient lift. Lovely to have lounge with comfy chairs, also honesty bar in the foyer. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast good, though I would have liked to see a... More

Great location. We had a sea view room. Owner organised a parking space right outside. Rooms were dated in style but clean & comfortable. Breakfast was presented well & very tasty. All in all just what we required for one night at a good price would stay again.

My daughters and I had a weekend stay at the Hen-dy just along the road which was excellent. We wanted to stay another night but they did not have room and the owner very kindly booked us a room here. We were prepared to lower the standard as it was very last minute but the room was very clean and... More

No parking, real downside, had to move my car twice as you can't even pay on local car parks for more than ten hours, very frustrating. The owners are very nice and make you feel really welcome. Breakfast- only served 8am until 9am so it was a waste of money to pay for this for me. I would of paid... More

Very helpful new owners , I had booked the room for my Mum's 70th birthday weekend . Room was tidy and large , the only criticism was that it needed accessories but it was clean and the view was excellent from the main window . The breakfast was good and I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Llandudno... More
