No parking, real downside, had to move my car twice as you can't even pay on local car parks for more than ten hours, very frustrating. The owners are very nice and make you feel really welcome. Breakfast- only served 8am until 9am so it was a waste of money to pay for this for me. I would of paid...

Very helpful new owners , I had booked the room for my Mum's 70th birthday weekend . Room was tidy and large , the only criticism was that it needed accessories but it was clean and the view was excellent from the main window . The breakfast was good and I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Llandudno...

Nice hotel with caring owners. We pulled up outside the hotel and Iwan met us outside, he then took our bags up to our room while we parked the car up. Room was very nice and the views are amazing. The only downside for me was the bed, although it was very comfy I am 6'4" so the bed was...

Iwan and Gill couldn't have been better hosts, they were friendly and helpful and lovely with the children. Nothing was too...

Amazing location and such friendly owners! Parking is difficult but not a huge issue as the Victoria Centre carpark is walking distance, cost us £8 for the 2 nights we stayed. Be aware it closes at about 5pm though and can be very busy during the day with all the day trippers in town. We had the most amazing view...
