We just stayed one night at Hawarden Villa but would have liked to have been there a bit longer. The room was quiet and comfortable and Dulce the owner was very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient - close to the railway station, seafront, shops and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and very generous portions.

Stayed here for the scooter rally, the hotel benefits from of road parking which is great when on two wheels, the rooms were spotless and although we were at the top of the hotel the power shower delivered a piping hot proper shower (a little noisy but who cares), the breakfast is cooked well and nothing is too much trouble...

We had a really comfortable stay....comfy beds and nice quiet room. We had to get up very early on Sunday as our little boy was climbing Snowdon for charity, Dulce the landlady was great and made sure we had breakfast as well as giving us a donation! Recommended

Clean and very friendly guesthouse with good wifi and on-site parking. Very helpful owner who couldn't do enough for us. Excellent breakfast in the morning before check-out and and she offered to let us leave our car while we went off cycling for the day.

Dulce (the landlady) is fabulous. We have stayed in this B&B for the Cambrian Rally for the past 4 years and can't fault it. Dulce is is very welcoming and does a outstanding breakfast. She is great with our little 4 year old lad. If you want a a cheapie B&B with a fantastic host then look no further.

Cosy B&B, nice furnishing, good English breakfast. Was just a bit weird that the sink was in the bedroom and not in the bathroom, and that the bathroom didn't have an heater. Ok for the summer but in September you might want a warm bathroom in the morning. Apart from that, quiet and clean, recommended.

I stayed here with some colleagues mid week on the third floor of this house. Price-wise it is excellent value, and the breakfast was more than adequate. Others have mentioned Dulcie, and she proved to be a nice hostess, who was efficient and friendly. I had room 8 at the top of the house, and found all the cushions on...

The tea tray...
