This hotel for me was a clear example of the fantastic professionalism, attitude and helpfulness of all the cheerful hotel staff rather making up for the hotel itself which could do with some updating in a number of areas. I stayed for 2 nights only and was in a single room. The bed itself and pillows were certainly clean but...

Good breakfast.room clean but starting to get old and worn. Wifi is a joke.even after ringing ahead .on the day staffs reply to my request was ...oh well that's tuff. Not the reply I expected at all. There are many small hotels along side this one that have wifi and good attitude.wouldn't go again.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review for our hotel, we're sorry you felt the need to award us 1/5, it looks like the WiFi problem has made your decision this way? We do offer FREE WiFi, as you could imagine, the WiFi gets used by so many guests during their stay and can get slow at...

Once again we had a lovely stay. the staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was first class and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotlessly clean. The car park is on the small size but managed to find a space on the end. The hotel was fully booked at the time but was still nice and...

Virtually my whole choir stayed here this weekend for the North Wales Choir festival, taking over the establishment. I did not, but joined them (very last minute!) for an evening meal before our night time performance. Despite the very late notice, and the fact that they were already oversubscribed, AND the fact that we had already added an extra 6...

We stayed here which is ideal for the Venue Cymru. A great value hotel. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed. The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful, nothing too much trouble. Food was very good and once again represented real value for money. Would certainly stay here again.

Beautifully clean hotel. Friendly staff. The room was a family room for 4. There were three of us, myself, husband and grandson and there was plenty of space. We had a top floor room with a lovely sea view. Parking was a bit problematic as there is seldom space in front of the hotel. There is a small car park...

Thank you for your lovely comments, it's great to hear you had a lovely stay and we apologise about the parking - although we have a car park it can get full over the weekends and holidays! Parking is free on the front from 4pm until the following morning which is helpful though. We hope to see you again :)

We stayed here for one night last week whilst visiting the area. We received a friendly welcome from both the day and night staff. Our room was clean and warm and typical of a lot of British seaside hotels. The bathroom was a plastic cubicle stuck in the corner of the bedroom but had a good shower. The breakfast was...

We stayed at The Winchmore Hotel for a 3 night birthday break in the October half term. I requested a room suitable for someone with walking difficulties as my mother-in-law is disabled. They were given a triple room right next to the lift with not steps at all, this was great. In-fact the entire hotel is excellent for disabled visitors....

On my first full evening back in the flat lands of East Anglia I am missing the Winchmore's supper so much I have had to cook myself something from (I think) Menu 3 ... if anyone on here says the food at the hotel is as good as at home, they're wrong - my effort was shameful in comparison and...
