The hotel is immaculate, the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good and hot. One or two minor niggles but nothing that would stop me recommending or staying there again. Really this is a 3 star hotel with a 2 star tag

We stayed in room 11 (1st floor), with the bay window and sea view. Very comfy bed, plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer included. Plenty of drawer & wardrobe space. Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. We also got a visit in the evening from the Seagull, as mentioned in other reviews. Breakfast was adequate, with a choice...

In a good spot, our room was clean and tidy, car park, good breakfast, lift. A few minor negatives, nothing worth mentioning considering its a 2star hotel with so many good points, including the staff. For a seaside hotel and for the money this is good hotel. If you have mobility problems mention it because some rooms have steps to...

Everything warm comfortable, staff very efficient and helpful, grub ok, no problems except for the windy weather, can't be helped. Main tourist Mostyn Street very adjacent, 2 minute walk. Used rear parking without problems. The Lift always worked and quickly! Would...

We had a lovely time at this hotel. We parked the car in the on-site car park and didn't use it again till we went home. All the amenities in Llandudno were within a short walk of the hotel. The facilities were excellent for the grade of hotel. The seaview room was clean and well decorated. The only minor problem...

The hotel was a little difficult to pick out in a row of very similar buildings and the parking was tight but the staff were nice, the breakfast and servers were stupendous and the rooms adequate. I say rooms because I had planned to be there for only one night but when I found I was going to be in...
