Been for a week 25th to the 29th july for a family Holiday. Staff friendly & helpful nothing is to much trouble. Food was Excellent. We will be going again soon. The rooms are lovely very clean all though .

All in all this is a lovely hotel with lots of potential. Unfortunately for us it was some staff that let it down. Barman! On the phone constantly while serving if not on the phone outside the front door having a cigarette! Someone asked for a cup of tea and was told don't do tea you will have to make...

the room was very nice,lovely and clean,nice bathroom.the staff were very nice.the only downside was the meals.my wifes dinner was awful,the staff were very sorry for this ,they refunded our money for the meal.we planned to stay for 3 nights,only stayed for one,went for breakfast,it was awful,asked for a full english,one slice of bacon,one egg,beans,black pudding,that was IT.toast arrived already...

We had a 5 day break at the Winchmore Hotel and we couldn't have been better looked after, we need a room with disabled access but more importantly a wet room thus hotel has 2, our room was accessed from the car park with our own space to sit out, the dining room is on the same level and there...

My partner and I booked what was referred to as a 'basic' double room in the annexe as it had direct, flat access from the car park. We stayed at the winchmore for 6 nights and were very happy with all aspects of the hotel.staff were great and friendly.meals were excellent and the perfect position of the hotel on the seafront gave great veiws.room was very clean and comfortable.private car park at the back with lift access was a bonus.great.place great people.we will return

This was our 2nd visit to the Winchmore and it did not disappoint. We had a beautiful premier sea view room and would most definitely request this room again. It was another satisfactory stay the meals were very good and varied. The staff were very helpful and extremely pleasant. Looking forward to seeing you hope the weather will be kind to us all. See you next year Terry & Margaret room 14.
