We stayed here as part of a wedding party in May and had an absolutely lovely weekend. The best part of our stay was how friendly and helpful the staff were, they all went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay, including opening the bar early for my sister and her new husband who had a...

Alot of money for a 'hotel', It's a B & B. Our room had a really damp smell and it was tiny. We couldn't even close the door in the shower in the En-suite. For a man that's over 6ft and a 5ft8 pregnant woman this was no fun at all. Also wifi in the room was a disaster, they...

We have just returned from a 3 night visit to Llandudno. We were wanting a wheelchair and dog friendly hotel, and in a central position and found The Winchmore. There were 5 of us, 3 sea view rooms.Room 12 on the first floor was right by the lift, not a disabled room, but really ok for my mother as she was...

I found this hotel by chance. I needed somewhere I could park the car easily and had access for my disabled mother. I thought £100 a night was steep for a 2* hotel but you get what you pay for and this was a delightful stay. The car park gets busy so we chose to use the bus to get...

The disabled rooms here are fantastic. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Room 8 (triple room) has been divided into two separate spacious bedrooms. The door goes straight out to the carpark making life easy. The wet room is ideal and immaculate. Mobility scooters can be hired from the hotel and left outside the dining room/lift area overnight to charge. Breakfast...

I have just returned from a great weekend at the Winchmore. I travelled with my mum who is disabled and the triple accessible room we had was perfect. The hotel caters very well for disabled guests, with good room facilities and easy access to the public areas. The added bonus was the ability to hire one of the hotels mobility...

Nice hotel on the front. Big rooms and comfy bed. Lovely friendly staff. Breakfast great, and plenty of it. Had the evening meal a couple of nights, but beware the extra large portions.. The only niggle is the sliding door on the bathroom. Did not lock and disturbs the other half when using the bathroom during the night. Overall a...
