Being an old hotel with beautiful sea views is lovely, however, still having single glazed windows facing a noisy street with late night revelers doesn't equate to a great night's sleep. :o( The beds were either too soft and bouncy or like sleeping on a plank of wood which is okay if you like your beds like that but personally...

We stayed here and had two rooms numbers 12 and 14 which are up on the third floor, a definite trek. The rooms were of a decent size, comfortable and well stocked. We had en-suit for both rooms and the shower was very good. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast before we checked out was huge and tasty. We...

The position of this hotel is fantastic and the online photos are great but the reality is that I cannot understand its 4 star rating. Our room was very small, cold and draughty. Bathroom was ok but cold. The photos show wonderfully decorated rooms whereas ours was painted nicely but on blown vinyl - very outdated. Breakfast was excellent. Staff...

A nice welcome when we arrived given a nice room with comfortable bed and good shower. After a good night sleep we had a very nice breakfast, as much as we could eat. The location is perfect on sea front near all amenities and we tried most over two and a bit days. Tram train bus walk eat drink. we...

Large, clean and well appointed room with a good sea view and four poster bed. Lovely lounge area and a very tasty breakfast. The location is great too, right on the sea front, only 5 minutes walk from the pier or town centre and 10 minutes from the cable cars up to the Great Orme The staff were very nice...

The hotel is well situated but parking is virtually non existent, and what there is around the back is poor. The breakfast is very limited and average. The room was OK and clean to be fair. Will not be going back.

We stayed here five years. Unfortunately our visit this time left us rather disappointed. The room we stayed in could be much cleaner. The window ledges and frames where dirty and there was dust and cobwebs on the ceiling and the upper frame of the four poster bed. Also on arrival we found that there had been a substantial water...

This hotel is in an ideal spot on the front near some good restaurants and close to the pier. We had a top floor room 15 in the cumberland for many could be a bit of a climb no lift only fault with the place. Bed was good, breakfast was excellent small bar for a tipple before bed. Would be...

We spent two nights here and I wish we had stayed longer. The room was lovely - sea view, nice individual furniture, lovely soft furnishings. There was a lot of attention to detail - for example nice biscuits on the hospitality tray and plenty of milk, tea, coffee. The breakfast was faultless. We were very surprised by how nice Llandudno...

Stayed here for one night with work and it was fine. I found it quaint, with friendly hosts, and the place would suit more traditional tastes. The rooms were comfortable, clean and I had a good night's sleep - bathroom was small but fine for 1 person, décor is a little old fashioned but all perfectly adequate. Good tea and...
