Stay at the weekend. Staff couldn't do enough to help. Lovely room clean and a fantastic view of Llandudno. Would recommend and will be staying there again. The kids enjoyed watching the trains and buses go past.
Had a lively stay. Proprietor well in touch with her rooms and their facilities and gave me a room providing exactly what I asked for. Lovely comfy night, gorgeous sweeping of Llandud Prom even at night. Thanks again.

The Min Y Don Hotel at Llandudno does not have a lift. I suppose this is one of the reasons it does not have a higher "rating" for facilities. However, this lack of facility rating means it is a relatively cheap place to stay. As many of the other things you require from an hotel (such as location, quality of food and service) are good at the Min Y Don you could consider discussing with the management your needs, perhaps stipulating a lower floor bedroom.
