Very good quality hotel, quite expensive, very traditional , lots of elderly people. The sea view room was outstanding, large and comfortably furnished, and very clean. The Restaurant was good but I felt overpriced for Llandudno. The Terrace was a much less formal affair, serving afternoon teas and more basic evening fare. Parking is a pain, very few spaces available(...

Dear Geraldine, we do appreciate your comment about us being a very good quality hotel, and we’re pleased you thought your sea room was outstanding, large, comfortably furnished and very clean. We are disappointed though that you said we were quite expensive when we are competitively priced with other 4 star hotels in the resort, which is also the same...

We stayed at the Imperial Hotel as it was, quite literally, the only room we could get! We made a last minute trip to North Wales and having never been to Llandudno, I convinced my husband we should have a night there. We had a sea facing room on floor 5. Lovely views, but the room was not worth the...

We understand and accept that everyone’s tastes vary greatly so we appreciate that you acknowledged the bedroom was large and very clean but we’re disappointed you thought it was expensive when we are competitively priced with all four star hotels in the resort. Llandudno is an extremely popular resort with so much to offer visitors of all ages and varying...

We stayed in the Superior double room. This was superb with a separate dressing area and a large modern bathroom. The gym is good with helpful staff and the breakfast was very filling with an excellent selection. Service was also prompt, a little too prompt in fact.

We’re sorry you were unhappy with the room you received but have checked your booking and see that it has come through a third party who unfortunately did not pass this request on to us. The details we’ve received only ask for information on car parking which we emailed over to you, and had we have received your request for...

This is a lovely traditional hotel with friendly staff set in a great location overlooking the beach. You should feel very comfortable here! Enjoy an excellent breakfast sat in the front verandah room looking out to sea, with attentive waitress service. Llandudno is a friendly town set in an area of spectacular scenery. However, parking can be a problem and...

Expensive for 2 days but room spacious, very clean/comfortable. Opted to have dinner on evening one, overpriced for mullet fillet which was just a fish tail, 3 new potatoes which were hard and a morsel of veg. Left restaurant hungry.
