My wife and I stayed last Monday and Tuesday nights along with two other couples and thoroughly enjoyed it … the Hotel itself is lovely and the standard of cleanliness is superb. We had dinner each night along with breakfast and the food - and service - could not have been bettered, whether at the table or in the bar....

Another lovely stay, fantastic rooms, perfect food, brilliant beds. Parking can be a pain but this effects every single hotel on the promenade - nothing the hotel can really do. Far superior to the Grand, much fresher and welcoming compared to the Premier Inn and almost on par with the 5* Quay in Deganwy - but on the seafront so...

Not a lot of choice on the menu in the lounge bar area but ok for what we were looking for. The staff were friendly and service was good. The food was delicious and not overpriced. Nice relaxed atmosphere here to enjoy a nice meal at the end of the day. Cocktails were nice too. Would visit again for food.

I genuinely believe that this hotel should be subjected to intense scrutiny by other hotels/chains. I am an easy going cynic when it comes to 4 star hotels, sure they are clean and comfy but what is it that sets them apart. This hotel does stand out from the rest. Service is of a very high standard. The offer of...

Very happy with the overnight stop and breakfast, a good sized room in good condition (with a great shower) and friendly staff that were helpful when needed. Best night's sleep I've had whilst away for quite a while, which must be a good recommendation on its own!

My husband and work colleagues had used this hotel on many occasions so it was an easy decision when we and another couple wanted to visit North Wales. We could not have been more delighted with our stay of 3 nights. The breakfast was an absolute classic welsh breakfast buffet or choice of fresh fish, eggs benedict fresh fruit etc.,...

I found the hotel restaurant very capable of catering for my Gluten Free diet. I was at a reception here I found staff very helpful and the chef very knowledgeable about my needs. We stayed one night in a premier room. The room was excellent. The bed was huge. It was really comfortable and we both had a good nights sleep.
