An Amazing hotel, Staff friendly and welcoming - warm and immaculately clean!! Staff in the staff in hotel so accommodating - travelling with teenagers is never easy but the staff at Four Oaks ensured our stay was problem free, such at meals times, all tastes catered for. We booked last minute for one night this hotel and it has not failed us to surprise, we've been welcomed from reception by Moses with a very warm and friendly service. Our booking was room only and we have booked breakfast on our arrival and we have to say that food was lovely and for only £7 each you can't moan about it. Room was very warm and clean and with a nice Victorian design. We will definitely stay again here on our next visit.

Stayed at Four Oaks in December on a coach trip, on arrival our room was a Sea View but very basic and cold so went to reception and to be fair they gave us another room which was much better and was warm, pillows were worn out and completely flat so backdown tore reception and again they sent us some more pillows which were new, corridors were also warm. But the Dining Room was Cold on the first night and again Breakfast time telling them had no effect so a phone call to the Coach Company did the trick it was nice and warm in the Dining room after then. Lounge and entertainment was always cold Bar Didn't open until 5 pm so after Breakfast they don't offer anything so no good returning for a nice relax in the lounge at lunch time for a sandwich and nice coffee ,some of the older people on our trip went to M&S round the corner and bought sandwiches some guests like to take advantage of the Hotel facilities rather than be out all day but you cant do that at this Hotel.in comfort We went to a Hotel just down the road for a lovely Coffee and a Brandy in a nice warm Lounge overlooking the Sea. We were made very welcome. i agree you have to pre order your food and yes the owner is watching you all the time he and his wife even have Breakfast and Evening meL with you .We did find the Meals were ok and the staff are very nice and friendly the rooms are clean but shower was mouldy The owner said to me in front of a FULL BAR just before evening meal so YES People did use the Bar when it was open, that he couldn't open the Bar any earlier because he didn't have any customers before that time and he only took £69 the day before all night and he has to pay staff.. Customers don’t want to know that we are paying to stay there and thats not our problem. Would we stay here again NO…

Spent New year here disappointed with the food you had to pre order breakfast and you weren’t allowed juice and cereal the owner watches everything and hardly smiles however the staff are friendly and the rooms are cleaned every day and warm

My mum and I visited Four Oaks Hotel from 23-27th December from the minute we arrived the Staff could not have been more welcoming than they were. The food was wonderful and very good choices on offer. The rooms were clean and tidy The owner manger and all the staff were awesome Thank you so much for making our visit special Kind regards Susan Archer and my mum Eileen Coates

Very disappointed with our recent stay. The room was very basic. No comfy chair to sit in, 1 very flat pillow. The food was all frozen products. Christmas dinner resembled a cheap frozen ready meal. Absolutely awful. Won’t be returning or recommending to anyone. Needs a complete update.

Lovely sea view room, clean and warm, only fault no full length mirror. The breakfasts were fine and plenty of it, but for me the evening meals were ok but did not personally like their choice, but seeing other peoples food again there was plenty of it, My friend who i was with was dairy free, and in other hotels we have been in if there was nothing dairy free on the menu they would prepare something just for her. However not the case here, they did provide her with oak milk and dairy free spread to be fair, but every meal for her was fruit juice, salad and dairy free ice cream - bit boring. The staff were lovely, would I go back yes.

From arriving to a lovely warm welcome from the manager, and leaving with a warm farewell from the manager it was a lovely stay. Hotel is spotlessly clean and the food fresh, hot and well cooked. Entertainment at the night was good, varied music for everyone. Great location sea front although our room was at the back and a bit dated, it was spotless. Staff were great, nothing was too much trouble for them. Bar staff manager very helpful and dining room staff worked really hard to please everyone. I would stay again, really had a lovely 4 days.

We visited four oaks hotel on a coach holiday hotel situated on front. We had sea view room which was lovely watching sea come in. Meal's were spot on and ample, room was clean and well situated the only down was the lift but once you got use to ok.vthe garden,s were kept well parking at rear.

My friends and I stayed here for a weeks holiday. Really helpful staff, rooms nice and clean. Only downside was we was rationed on teabags and milk, only allowed two cuppas a day in room, when I asked for more we was refused. (so went and bought our own). That was my only gripe (sometimes you need a cuppa lol).
