My wife and I recently spent a couple of midweek nights here and could hardly find fault with it. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the meals were fantastic. Staff were pleasant and obliging. It was very well located for retail possibilities and for visits to the front. Parking might be a problem but we were lucky in that we found public street parking fairly readily in mid-january.

Ideal location whatever your plans in Llandudno. Ours was a visit to Venue Cymru and the hotel is literally a five minute walk. Room was brilliant- we stayed in ‘plus’ room, and the staff were excellent. Special mention to Drew who was brilliant. No parking on site but the train station is just a couple of minutes walk away and you can park here. Highly recommended.

Could not have had a better honeymoon. Arrived to a bottle of wine and chocolates - thanks Cloe. Everyone at the hotel and brewers fayre where very nice and accommodating. Especially as I am in a wheel chair and have a service dog. Thank you all so much for making our stay fabulous xx

The AC is far too loud. I didn't relax, didn't sleep very well. This is the stand out reason that I won't stay here again. Everything else was acceptable. Its a Shame because the location is perfect. Bring earplugs. It was like trying to sleep next to a working quarry.

The Premier Inn in Llandudno town centre has been renovated and refurbished to the highest standard without spoiling the appearance of a previously majestic building. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the food tasty with generous portions, there is a cosy lounge area and the staff are helpful, friendly and everything is done with a smile. It would be inappropriate to single out and name an individual as the team are all worthy of praise. Thankyou all and we’ll be back to see you again.

Stayed at this hotel new years eve , cannot fault anything! The staff were all so helpful, nothing was any trouble and they were all so welcoming. The food was lovely both the evening meal and the breakfast excellent value for money. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Excellent location . We will definitely be returning .

Although very nicely decorated ouroom was on the top floor with a tiny roof window and we couldn't get warm, Also there was no drawers space anywhere hanging clothes up was awkward as very small space for clothes. We booked a continental breakfast very disappointed no cheese or cooked meat just fruit bread crossiants yogurt juice. The staff were great couldn't do enough for us, even downstairs in the reception and the restaurant it was very cold,due to the fact that the electronic door opened every time someone walked past it. Would l stay again yes but not in the winter, it seems that they are catering more for business people than a long stay

Nice views of the main shopping road in Llandudno. A couple of mins from the scenic promenade, an ideal spot to explore on foot but also with miles of bench seating to sit and enjoy your surroundings. Next to the industrial park with a large M&S, Costa Coffee and McDonalds. Good breakfast provided at the hotel and staff welcoming and friendly

I've spent several nights at the hotel over the last month in both the standard and Premier Plus rooms, which have both been excellent. There is a great bar area which was fantastic for drinks and watching the World Cup. All of the staff were absolutely excellent and this really should be passed on to their managers. We had many a laugh with them over a Whisky or two whilst sat at the bar. We were the ones drinking ... We will definitely be staying again whilst on our climbing trips. Thanks again.

We had a 2 night stay and had the best time. The location is fab and the hotel was great - clean comfortable and best nights sleep. I love premier inns and this one didn’t disappoint. Cannot write this review without giving a mention to Andrew who was there at breakfast both mornings of our stay. He was so helpful, friendly and gave us a few good recommendations. It’s obvious he loves his job and loves meeting new people and made our stay that bit more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
