Stayed for two nights at the Mayfair guest house. From the moment I arrived the owners Andy and Mandy couldn't do enough to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and warm, with plenty of tea, coffee and chocolate treats available. Breakfast was superb, with plenty of choice. The warmth and kindness of Andy and Mandy made my stay extra special and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Adequate warm room with a small en suite. Warm welcome from Andy & Mandy and a very nice breakfast. The Mayfair is nicely situated on a wide road away from the seafront but well within walking distance.

Stayed here for the 1 night whilst visiting a music show. We were in room no 1 and our other family members were in room 4. The Mayfair guest house has a very homely feel. The owners Andy and Mandy are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble and they love to chat with you about anything and everything. Regarding breakfast this has to be ordered the night before but you can select what items you want ie eggs, sausage, beans, black pudding etc. The breakfast is all made fresh in the morning and this was outstanding and generous portions. Despite it not being on the list I asked for a poached egg and they happily accommodated my wish. The rooms and entrances and breakfast room were absolutely spotless. The rooms have lovely facilities- kettle, tv, tea&coffee (with plenty of milk) as well as chocolate. There was one thing I wish had been in the room and that was decaf tea&coffee however when I requested this I was given this immediately which was great. Overall a warm and welcoming property with amazing hosts and in a superb location. Would definitely recommend this and hoping we can stay again soon. Paul, Helen, Frank and Hilda Jones

Stayed at Mayfair guest house for two nights with my Sister and my Auntie. We had a very warm welcome from the lovely hosts, Andy and Mandy. The rooms were exceptional, very clean, comfortable and plenty of tea, sugar, milk etc including little treats of biscuits. The breakfast was very delicious, wholesome and cooked beautifully! In my opinion, this has got to be the best guest house i have ever stayed in! From the moment we entered to the day we left, we felt very welcome and felt at home. Oh , i need to mention that we were also met by the resident cat, Lola, who was very ftiendly, a beautiful cat! Thank you so much Andy and Mandy for making our stay special and will definitley return again.

Thank you so much Andy and Mandy for such a lovely stay at Mayfair guest house. Can highly recommend, hosts are very welcoming and provide very clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and generous portions which set you up for the day - cereals, breads, toast, juice, tea, coffee and the nicest cooked breakfast ever. The location is perfect in a quiet road but very close to town and beach. Will definitely return as perfect in every way.

We had a lovely stay at the Mayfair. A lovely warm welcome from Mandy and Andy. Nice room, very comfortable and spacious and immaculately clean and a superb cooked breakfast in the morning. It’s a great location, only a short walk to the beach and the bars and restaurants. Thanks for a great time. See you soon! Gayle and Leon

Stayed two nights in Llandudno at The Mayfair Guest house, a lovely spotlessly clean, welcoming B&B, with a wonderful breakfast. Lots of choice with Cereals, pastries, bread, toasts, jams, fruit juice,a freshly cooked full breakfast of your choice and as much tea and coffee as you wanted. The rooms were clean, bright and comfortable, the hosts very welcoming and nothing too much trouble for them. We particularly liked the little extra's like chocolate bars and an abundance of milk for tea and coffee in the rooms, also a fan in the bedroom and the little bins on the breakfast table in the morning. Mandy and Andy have thought of everything to make their guests stay, as comfortable as possible. Will definitely return.

Stayed at the Mayfair as part of a trip to North Wales recently and had a fantastic stay. Mandy, Andy & Lola (the cat) were excellent hosts and made me feel very welcome. The breakfast certainly set me up for the day and was excellent quality. The room and amenities were excellent quality. I found Llandudno to be a beautiful Victorian themed seaside town which I will definitely be visiting again in the future. I suggest a trip on the cable car up to the summit and a walk on the pier.

The mayfair guest house is beyond words it’s so welcoming and homely... there is a lovely walk around 5 minuets to the beach which is perfect for me and the family. The hosts were so helpful and nothing would be to much for them.

Lived up to all previous reviews...lovely hosts with an excellent product. Attention to detail is shown in all aspects of the business. The breakfast choices should satisfy anybody's expectations. The parking spaces provided are a real bonus and let's not forget the beautiful cat Lola who graces us with her presence when she feels inclined.
