Enjoying our third visit and booking our fourth for next spring we found once again fantastic hospitality. Great service, friendly yet courteous staff who make sure the customer is well looked after. A serious illness brought our short stay to an early conclusion but Sue and Ian were on hand to oversee happenings. I thank them both.

The hotel is right on the waterfront near the big pier. We were given a warm welcome. We dined in the hotel on the first evening, the food was excellent, I had steak cooked the way I like it (WD). The breakfast was included and was beautiful, a full cooked was available which we had. We dined out on the...

We found the rooms to be perfect, clean, modern and the beds were very comfortable. The bistro style food was tasty and well cooked. the portions were great. We visited the hotel a couple of years ago and before Ian and Sue had taken over. it was good then, but even better now. We spoke to Sue every day and...

Revisited after a couple of years not realising Mr Bland no longer owned the hotel. The prices remain high end as in the Bland days but sadly the quality of service, attention to detail and the food did not reflect this except. One original member of staff Chris who was front of house out shone the rest of the staff....

What a gem of an hotel! Staff were first class - nothing was too much trouble - fantastic service all round - and what a gorgeous little hotel. Excellent food. Will definitely return. Location couldn't be better to enjoy the Great Orme and tramway, Llandudno pier, land railway, and the town. Highly recommend.

Booked for an overnight stay with my sister. Only one double room available at rear of hotel but it was very comfortable and well equipped. On arrival, staff were very friendly and we were shown to our room and luggage carried. As were booked for the theatre later we did not have an evening meal at the hotel but the...

Stayed just the one night at this lovely hotel, wish we could have stayed longer. We stayed in family room 8, huge king bed in bedroom, tv, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, then a smaller room off the bathroom with twin beds for the kids, which also had a tv and children's books. Lovely bathroom with whirlpool bath and...

Lovely comfortable hotel, Room was very well equipped and the bed was the best I slept on. Steak night was excellent value and delicious. Will return to Llandudno and this will be our first choice to stay, so close to the Pier, walk up the Great Orm and the town centre. We didn't need to use the car at all

Cracking location facing the Llandudno pier front. Clean and friendly hotel. Room was spot on and had a fan (which is always welcomed). Will definitely return and recommend the hotel to family and friends. Thank you.
