At Lynton house B&B Llandudno we pride ourselves in offering a 'home away from home' - the reason many of our guests return year after year! Our guest house is warm, friendly, spotless, comfortable, great value and we have a superb breakfast - take a look at our great reviews which we are very proud of. Location, location, location!! Lynton House is superbly situated in Llandudno beneath the Great Orme just 100 metres from the pier, promenade, seafront and the town's fantastic shops and restaurants. Within 350 metres you will find the famous cable cars and tram station which, will take you to the top of the Orme offering fantastic views of our stunning town. spruced, polished &tweaked we have finally finished decorating all the bedrooms and public areas. All of our en suite bedrooms are modern, comfortable and finished to a high standard with a few 'added' little extras that will make you feel more at home ie flat screen tv, wifi and bottled water. On a summers day you can take a drink onto our patio and watch the world go by!!

A great place to stay for a week in Llandudno. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfasts are excellent and the hosts couldn't do more to make you welcome. It's in a perfect position for strolling along to Happy Valley, a lovely park area on the side of the Great Orme, for walking along the pier (but it can get rather windy and chilly) and for finding a variety of restaurants in the town. My friend and I would like to go back to Lynton House next year,

Another brilliant stay at Lynton House. Beautifully decorated house with all you could need for a holiday. Mark and Sheridan keep it up to date, clean and comfortable a lovely warm family welcome. The breakfast is lovely with lots of choice. We have been going here for 12 years for the bank holiday weekend Victorian extravaganza many of the guests are regulars so it's nice to catch up with them.

Well run b+b hosts Sheridan and Mark were welcoming and friendly. Lovely room clean and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Just off of the sea front by the pier. Lovely lounge area with honesty bar and wi fi access. Well worth a stay if in the area. Good value for money.

Lovely place to stay just spent 2 nights here, lovely decorated rooms and spotlessly clean and brilliant breakfast, owners friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Llandudnoto stay here.

Just the most perfect stay. Weather has been awful, but staying here has truly brightened our Llandudno experience. Excellent service, clean spacious room and a very reasonable price. Delightful breakfast to the point where we started looking forward to breakfast from just after we'd eaten breakfast the day before. We would definitely check here again on future visits and highly recommend to anyone who appreciates this high level of quality.

We love Lynton House. We've stayed in quite a few hotels and B&B's in Llandudno, but this is the best place so far. Guarantees: a very warm and pleasant welcome, very clean and comfortable rooms and throughout, a varied and exceptional breakfast. Already looked to book for summer but not available; I can see why. Mark and Sheridan have invested so much into this and for me it's paid off. We will return!!

This is our third visit to this lovely bed and breakfast, we had a lovely stay with a great breakfast and a relaxing room, I am sure we will be back in the future for another visit. This bed and breakfast is situated central to exploring Llandudno.

4th time we’ve stayed at Lynton House and it is as excellent as ever. Very comfortable and clean room. Nice decor throughout the house. Very welcoming and friendly owners. Best breakfast we’ve had anywhere - quality ingredients. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

Fantasy stay.Room very comfy.Immaculately clean.Nice and clean bathroom . Breakfast was very fresh and well presented.Plenty of tea coffee and toast.Staff were well organised.The cooked breakfast was amazing. Lounge area was very comfy to sit in Would definitely return.
