Dont be fooled by the fact that this place is on the cheaper side. The location is superb with the sea being just round the corner and also access to many amenities such as food outlets etc. The area is also so quiet and peaceful. The beds were SO comfortable and the balcony was an added bonus. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall it's not the Ritz but it's a lovely place at an excellent price. Would highly recommend and will be back very soon. Cheers guys 👍 Pictures are the views from our balcony 😉

Stayed for one night. Met by owner and as we arrived early we checked in early very hospitable. Showed us to room and left us too it. Room was tired, but everything was there, hot drink facility, toiletries and fresh laundered towels. Decent TV.beds were not bad and reasonably comfortable. The hotel overall isn't really a hotel anymore and I felt it was a bit unloved. Some beautiful original features like the stained glass windows and balcony for our room. Nice view of The Orme. Quiet street plenty of parking. 2 min walk to the quiet west sho6, 15 to the main centre of llandudno. No breakfast facilities or bar. Bedding was beautifully clean and fresh. The whole place needs some love to bring g it back to life. However, it was a very good price and we could take the dog. I would stay here again. Don't expect anything amazing but it was acceptable. There is a shop and a chippy just across the road.

Trip advisor information and reviews out of date. Changed hands at some point, now no restaurant and run down hostel. Grubby, tatty and customers are poorly served. One tea bag between the two of us for two nights. Reading lights didn't work, dead bulbs and centre light bulb so dim it was permanently dusk in there.

Robert was very welcoming and amenable the property is as described. There has obviously been changes sin the new ownership most notably the bar and restaurant have been replaced by a games room come bicycle store that aside if you and your four pawed companion want a clean comfortable no frills room for the night this is it.

So me & my friend stayed here for a church conference. We needed somewhere cheap to stay. When we got there the owner offered to pick us up from the train station which was kind but also weird. The guy was adamant for his money straight away, the room was so old fashioned like something from 70's/80's & our shower was more of a drip from the sealing. The other people at the "hotel" we rarely saw, later found out they were students they liked there & we were the only guests. The owner was so creepy & strange we were sure we wouldn't come back alive (LOL) we locked ourselves in the room as we often heard weird noises outside of our door. Aside from the creepiness we had a good time :) this did kind of make for a funny story when we got home!

I know this was very cheap at £50 a night but omg!! More like a hostel or student accommodation. Old fashioned, mis matched not 100percent clean! No reception as this is used as student accommodation, so your taken to your room and left to it. Good location and that is it.

Me and my misses used this place as some where to stop for a night. Firstly this place is massive but they need to remove the hotel part of it as it is not a hotel as in service you'd expect and get from a hotel and to be fair cant even say bed and breakfast as no breakfast no food what so ever no bar as youd expect in a hotel. Now on the room side of things we was shown our bedroom for the night by the owner was very basic but was comfortable. Thought house keeping could do more as we found odd bit of rubbish in a draw but thats nothing. If your looking for cheap budget bed for the night then you cant go wrong but if you are looking for more mabe not the place

After reading the reviews I must admit I was put off from staying , however I had reserved it already and the price was good. Room was clean and tidy . Great location in a quieter part of llandudno and very close to the beach. Stunning views of the that big hill they call the orme. My only gripe was no handwash in our bathroom. Will stay again.

It appears this hotel has good reviews star rating due to the previous owners who owned it ran it correctly. On Robert purchasing the Hotel has become a run down mess. The inside is covered in mould, cobwebs, damp and is dirty with filthy carpets. It's smelly, unhygienic, peeling wallpaper. Milk, tea & coffee not topped up! The towel was so small needed one the next day but no cleaner came on the second day. Told the heating comes on in an hour, it never worked we were freezing, did click on for ten mins then went off again and the weather was not great outside.

Nice and quiet with a very friendly host. Recomended for a great stay in Llandudno. Great off street parking. Free WiFi. Bed was very comfy and room clean. No food at the hotel but only a short walk to the nearest restaurants.
