A great place to stay when in llandudno, the rooms are lovely and everything needed to make the stay special are provided ( little treats in the fridge for example ) . Abbey House is ideally situated being in a quiet area but just a short walk into the town centre,Robin and Sharon make great hosts and cook a lovely breakfast, all in all a great place to stay, Mel and Linda

This was a really good hotel the hosts went out of there way to help you you were made very welcome breakfast was very good nothing was too much trouble for them to do for you., room was very clean and spacious all the toiletries you could think of was in your room including a fridge with goodies in , tea coffee milk was also available in the room plus extra water on the landing if you needed it certainly will be going back

Very nice and comfortable overall experience . A good location to the tram and only a short walk to the town centre and sea front. Breakfast was excellent and had exactly what we wanted as there was a list to choose from each evening so it was ready extra egg or bacon or sausage all accommodating. Very hospitable hosts . Thanks

The B&B is in the perfect location just a 10 minute walk from the beach and centre of Llandudno. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu is good with a choice of cereals, fruit, yogurts, croissants or a full cooked breakfast of your choice. There is really nothing nothing to dislike. This was our second visit and I am sure we will be visiting again. Sharon and Robin are the perfect hosts and will make you feel very welcome.

Fantastic stay as always love staying here we we come.to Llandudno rooms are spotless and so comfortable . The extra touches in not only the bedrooms but also the breakfast lovely crusty bread and plenty of hot choices the smoked salmon is gorgeous plenty if cereals fruit and yogurts the extra touches in bedroom like ear plugs complimentary choc bars and peanuts and biscuits beds are so comfy set on a quite road

Spent a wonderful 2 nights here for the wife's birthday. It is a lovely hotel,and Sharon the landlady was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her.The breakfast were very good and she does a mean poached 🥚. The rooms are very comfy,and big,there is also plenty of parking spaces available and you can charge your car if it is electric.The hotel is only a short walk away from the town centre.I would highly recommend the Abbey Hotel

Everything about Abbey House is superb. Lovely clean rooms with lots of personal touches. Amazing breakfast. Walking distance to Centre. On site parking. Sharon and Robin are great hosts , friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Looking forward to returning.

Arriving at Abbey House is always like coming home and we know we will have an enjoyable stay. We got the usual warm welcome from Sharon and got to stay in our favourite room. The sparkly decor is quirky and unusual but it does mean a stay here is definitely memorable. Breakfast was good as always and the room was very comfortable and no detail has been overlooked. Off road car parking is a big plus in Llandudno and Abbey House is an easy walk into the town centre and both proms with plenty of shopping or places to eat and drink. We keep coming back for a reason, this is a great place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone (although preferable not too many people so that we can't get in!)

Gary many thanks for the review - and the recommendation. We will always try to find a solution to make sure our returning guests are always welcome at Abbey House. I think we have managed to get the balance right for the home touches and comforts that we would expect. Hopefully the breakfasts will remain as good as ever though some shortages such as eggs have been a close call at times. We make sure everything is fresh and so stocking up isn't really an option.
