Away to see the Victorean extravagansa. Thought i'd treat my wife to a nice hotel on the sea front. how wrong i was. This could be a fantastic oldie worldie hotel with a little investment and some updating. Instead, dirty room, burnt food, lack of maintance. Oh and lack of parking. In this modern day most people drive, So somewhere to...

Hotel not so Grand, it's very dated and 60's style bedroom furniture. Hotel could look stunning if updated they had gorgeous chandeliers but they was so cover in dust , and filthy. If your expecting a shower in your bathroom then you have to pay a extra £5 per person per night! I asked for a room with a shower...

Sad to say that the Grand is dated and needs a good refurbishment. The woodchiped walls, the 60s wardrobes, the creaking floorboards just feel outmoded. There was only enough Street parking for up to 8 cars and that is shared with the visitors to the pier.

The guests restaurant was more like a works canteen with no slip cloths on the tables. The food was disappointing, especially the DEEP FRIED sausages which were like leather. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling and the taps on the...

Having expressed my concerns about the state of the Grand Metropole, Blackpoool, we were delighted on our arrival for Easter at the Grand Hotel, Llandudno to see that a lot of decorating has been done inside the Grand and workmen were still working on decorating the exterior throughout our 8 day stay. The Grand Llandudno is now well worth visiting....

Went for a light lunch. Sandwiches and a cream tea. It sounded lovely, Thick cream and jam. The reality was squirty cream which went to nothing after a few mins. We did complain about this but was told they no longer did anything other than the squirty cream. We should have been told this when we ordered so we could...
