Went here with my pregnant daughter hubby and grandson, it was awful, please do not go. We had booked two nights, only stopped one and didn’t pay when we complained to the owner, he kept apologising. It was a quad room, the furniture was dropping to bits literally, where the hoover didn’t reach it didn’t get done, window didn’t shut, bed cover torn, although sheets looked clean, Tv didn’t work, kettle looked like it was 50 years old, the shower was rusty, bath had horrible black marks on it, but the worst part was the dust, no way in earth that room had been cleaned, I used a whole pack of flash wipes and still I wasn’t happy, the door was manky at the top of the stairs, sat for two hours trying to get somewhere else but because of it being a bank holiday nothing was available, so had to stop or go home and didn’t was to disappoint my grandson who was so excited, needless to say, no payment was made, and we declined breakfast…

Would like to say this place has so much potential but word fail me. We wanted a one night stay for our family of 4 in a family room. On arrival the gentleman at reception( who seemed to be running the whole place by himself) informed us that the card machine wasn’t working so the room would be £135 cash. This was not a problem. We went to our room and were shocked by what was offered for the price requested. The bath room was shocking ( as per photograph). Hairs in the plug holes, dirty rusty shower rail. In the bedroom My son took his trainers off and was greeted to wet socks, the carpet was sodden. I could continue but the photos speak for themselves.

Room Tip:Parking is not very good but Llandudno is bad for parking anywhere. Stayed on a nearby carpark

We booked an overnight stay at the manor through buy a gift and were pleasantly surprised. Gaz is a very helpful host and even upgraded our room as the hotel was not busy. The room was large and clean and had lovely seaviews. Had a little bar showing sports. It’s right on the front and is easily walkable to the pier restaurants and pubs and is very close to the theatre. We will hopefully return x

Host was great. Went above and beyond to resolve any issues we had straight away. However the room was old and and need of a refurb. The mattreses were stained but linen was clean. No radiator in the bathroom so it was freezing in there at night. There was a loud humming noise coming from somewhere that went on until late at night then started up again early morning so that was a little annoying. Then there was breakfast. We were informed on check in that it was continental only. A bit disappointing but never-ending. However the pastries were individually wrapped as if supermarket bought and the other options were toast or cerial. Overall a pleasant stay. Just a few things to be worked on

Booked a 2 night stay with my 3 children & husband. Got a room with dirty, stained beds, mouldy bathroom & it was so cramped, we had to climb on the bed to get into the bathroom. It wasn’t a cheap price either. We ended up staying 1 night & asked for a refund for the 2nd. Told to contact lastminute.com. Both last minute.com & the hotel are contradicting each other!!! We were not going to write a poor review as the staff were polite but months after trying to get a refund on the 1 night (not even the 2 nights) & not getting anywhere I feel like the hotel has taken our money unfairly!! AVOID!!! See below pictures

Booked a room for Saturday 27th November. Easy check-in at reception. Room was clean, small kettle with tea coffee etc.bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast inclusive but have to pay £6pp for a hot breakfast which was very nice. Stayed over for the Stereophonics gig at Venue Cymru which is only a 5min walk away. Once reaching the gig I noticed I lost my tickets. Headed back to the hotel and asked Gaz on reception if he could print some new tickets for me off my Ticketmaster account in which he did, I would like to thank him for helping us out which was much appreciated. A very enjoyable stay and we will book in the future. Thanks once again see you soon Kevin and Sharon 👍

Although we didn’t stay at the manor, we learned it was open to non residents and had sky sports, so we visited to watch the match. Atmosphere was great till what I believe was the managers family arrived. They was very loud, rude and drunken idiots. Standing in front of the tv whilst everyone was trying to watch football, then making remarks saying “oh they are fuming” Or kicking the air whilst I was stood waiting to get out of the door whilst they was arguing with one the their partners, then another women threw a bottle of beer in temper outside. As the manager said “we can’t choose family”….no we can’t but they should know when a football match is on that they shouldn’t be so rude to stand in front of the tv nor should the manager allow his family to spoil what was a good few hours we had there before “his family” arrived. Glad I wasn’t staying there with all the noise and the arguing family However I would certainly go again for drinks and to watch football because they were good hosts in fairness.…

Room was damp/mouldy. It smelt awful, carpets stained. Bed fallen in at the middle and didn’t look like the sheets had been changed. Pillows had loads of fresh make up on. Wardrobe falling to pieces as long with the curtain rain and chest of drawers. It really is an awful hotel. Doesn’t look like anything in the pictures. We didn’t end up staying, checked out shortly after checking in. Couldn’t stay in that room or hotel. I advise you to not book. Probably the worst hotel I have ever seen. I don’t know how this hotel is allowed to operate under these conditions.
