Well what can be said about our visit the only good thing was the friendliness of the staff . On arrival we were told how lucky we were to be in one of the newly refurbished bedrooms don't worry about the smell of paint you can't notice it when you are in the room ,this being down a staircase that...

Arrived to a nice welcome off Lauren and she continued to help us throughout our stay by booking taxis as it was a 20 min walk to by the pier, and we needed to be in that area due to restaurant bookings etc.... Room 5 was ok, nice enough with a side sea view, but put a net up, l...

The Hotel bears no resemblance to the website photos or description. The welcome was warm and friendly but went downhill from then on. The room was OK but the bathroom left a lot to be desired. Overall the condition was poor, the shower was scalding or cold and completly unusable, the hot water flow was practically non existant so a...

What can I say???!!! Opened the first door to a hygiene sticker of 1 out of 5. When entering the lobby we were spoken to but not acknowledged as they found it more important to check there Facebook status on their phone. We was given a document to sign to confirm we won't be having any parties etc. ???!!!!! What...

Staff could have been a little more welcoming, they seemed preoccupied with other jobs rather than greeting guests. Breakfast was a different case, the staff were friendly, efficient and attentive and the food was hot and tasty. Our room was ok it could have done with freshening up a bit. Overall it was worth what we paid.

Came here after booking a cheap 1 night away with 2 children age 9 and 10. For the price we paid I cant fault it . The staff are really helpful and friendly. The hotel is on the sea front and probably 10-15 minute walk to the pier . Our room had a side sea view room 8, was a...

Popped in for a few drinks, couldn't of been more welcoming from the Manager Carlye amazing lady. The hotel itself needs a bit of updating i.e Bar, downstairs lounge. But overall this was a weekend trip ended with a great experience from a lady who went that extra mile to make us feel comfortable and couldn't do enough for us....

Cold room, shower either scalding or cold, dirty cups at breakfast, and their replacements not too clean either. Marry this to a less than warm welcome and it doesn't add up to a pleasant stay. Fortunately it was just for one night. What a let down.

For the money we paid the accommodation wasn't brilliant. The room was dusty and there was also damp above the bed. The bed was not the most comfortable. The walls and decor need a good clean and updating to suit the price of the room, we had limited sea views in our room but the windows and window ledge were...

We booked and paid for three nights but checked out a day early. We stayed in room 7 on the side of the building which did have. Some sea views. The family room was somewhat cramped with a double and two single beds. It looked dated as did the en suite. The bed linen and towels were well laundered and...
