Situated in the centre of Llandudno,the 4 star Clifton Villa Guest House is just two minutes' walk from the pier, promenade and the Great Orme. You'll also find plenty of pubs, cafés and restaurants within a few hundred metres of the property. Clifton Villa offers individually decorated en-suite rooms which come with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities and kitchenettes. Dan and Agi are amazing hosts, their guest house is always spotlessly clean and they are always welcoming and on hand to help with any questions/queries. 5 mins from the pier and close to plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants. This is our second stay with them and there will definitely be a third.

We had a great visit at Clifton Villa. Dan and Aggi were very helpful during our time there. The room had a refrigerator, kettle, and stovetop, great if you wanted to dine in. Close to the pier and activities. Plenty of restaurants nearby. I would stay there again when in Wales.

Would definitely recommend Clifton Villa, we had a lovely stay in the Beaumaris room! The room was very cosy and clean, with a comfy bed, kitchenette with everything we needed (hob included) and an ensuite bathroom. We even got a lovely welcome book with loads of helpful info on places to eat and ideas for days out! Short walk from the beachfront on either side, with parking (free and paid) all around. Easy check in and check out, and lovely owners. Thank you Aggi and Dan :)

What can I say only thank you so much to Dan and Aggi for a great holiday. Everything was on our doorstep, pubs, cafes tourist attractions,we had booked 4 rooms for our family and each room had comfy beds, kitchenettes to make food. The bathrooms were so clean and they had thought of everything, It was so good. Dan even emailed me before we got there with eating out recommendations 😊many thanks as it was our 1st family holiday in years Suzanne, Barry and family Ireland🇮🇪

we have just returned from three nights at clifton villa.wonderful location and an excellent room equiped with everything you might need.We travelled by train and only a five minute walk from the station.Really clean could not fault anything.Wouldn,t hesitate to book again.Thank you dan and aggi

A very nice hotel with everything that you could need in your apartment. Nice modern room and bathroom. As a nice touch Milk and biscuits already in our room on arrival 👍Lovely coffee machine in rooms. Very comfortable double bed and only 5 -10 minutes to beach 😊 Thanks Aggi and Dan🙏

Have just had a wonderful 3 night stay in the Snowdon Suit , lovely room , actually more of a studio , with a very handy kitchenette . Dan and Aggi were there usual friendly and helpful selves. Location is perfect for the beach and the town centre. We personally found the new self contained format an improvement on the usual B n B , although I’m sure returning clients will miss Aggie’s delicious breakfasts, as did we. Had two rooms for two nights, 2 adults + 2 children (teenagers) wished we could have stayed longer. Very nice property in good location close to all amenities and to both North & West Beach. Very clean, well furnished, ample provisions, comfortable beds, spacious rooms. The hosts Dan & Agi were very welcoming and helpful. Would recommend this guest house very highly to anyone, and would return for sure.

Just had a fab 2 night stay at Clifton Villa. We stayed in the little orme room which was perfect for us. It was beautifully furnished, had everything you could possibly need and above all spotlessly clean. Aggi and Dan were so welcoming and on hand if you needed anything. The location of the accommodation was great, close to all the amenities yet so peaceful. We loved our stay and will definitely return. Thanks guys Ally & Laurence x
