Stayed here for a couple of nights with friends. It's very well located, near the sea front, easy to walk to bars and restaurants. The place is spotlessly clean, owners and staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. There are only a couple of things that stopped me giving this place a higher rating; our room on the...

This was our first time staying in Llandudno and we couldn't have chosen a nicer B&B! A lovely, warm welcome from Nicky and Eddie and Dan, a spotless room with a comfy bed, good shower and instant hot water. The breakfasts could not be faulted, a good choice of fruit, yogurts and cereals and a tasty full English with good...

Absolutely lovely little B&B. The couple who own it are very nice and friendly. And the live in Manager is lovely as well. Felt part of the family sat having a drink in the evening. Will definitely recommend to others.

We were greeted very warmly and issued with a parking permit for anywhere along the front as there are very few hotel spaces. We had to walk about a mile back to the hotel which was no big deal for us but might be for some. Our room was fairly basic but it was spotless and comfortable. It is in...

Arrived in Llandudno on a bank holiday Saturday on an off chance of finding a room. Luckily we found this hotel with a last minute vacancy for one night. The B&B is in a fantastic location, right next to the seafront and in the middle of town. The Orme tram is a short walk away. The staff could not do...

Lovely little B&B right next to the pier, staff very welcoming and accommodating, would highly recommend. Food was delicious too - even the home made chips! yum! We tried for a double room last minute but all that was left was a twin - within minutes he had it set up - the beds we're so comfortable and the double...
