We had a 3 night stay in room 4 (twin room on the top floor), with great views. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with crisp white bedding and lovely soft white towels. We looked forward to returning to a clean toasty warm room every evening. Very generous drinks tray with everything and more you could want/need. Breakfast...

A well-located guesthouse in a very pleasant and quiet part of Llandudno, it's not difficult to see why this place is so popular. The owners are friendly and attentive without being intrusive as so many are, the rooms are spotlessly clean and breakfasts are very good indeed.

This is the best guest house we've visited in years (one of us is retired so you can guess the years). The hosts were welcoming, the room was spotless, the service second to none and the breakfast set us up for the day. We were surprised by the number of guests in the breakfast room, we didn't hear any of...

For our trip we stayed mostly in B & Bs and this was by far the best. The guest house was easy to find and had plenty of parking. The street that it is located on is very quiet although only a 5 minute walk from the town center. The room itself was large, with a huge bathroom that had...
