All previous outstanding reviews echo our thoughts but could not let the opportunity go by without giving praise to Simon on the running of this lovely B&B. Our accomodation was in a King Size room, beautifully well presented, comfortable bed and with views across Llandudno and to the Great Orme tramway. Tea, coffee and biscuits etc were replenished on a daily basis along with bathroom toiletries. From the beginning of our short break to the end Simon was friendly and approachable offering advice on where to visit and what restaurants to try. The Car Park to the rear was also included in our booking of the King Size room, which is an added bonus. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice and all ingredients locally sourced. We particularly enjoyed a glass or two of wine sitting on the bench in front of the hotel on an afternoon (weather permitting!) Certainly a must for another short break in 2023.…

Just returned from a 3 night stay at The Chelsea. From start to finish the communication from Simon, the owner was by far above and beyond. We was in touch before we travelled to discuss parking etc and on our arrival day he sent an email giving us information to access our room as he was celebrating his sons birthday that day. A little hiccup when someone had actually closed the access door but soon rectified with a phone call. The hotel is in a wonderful position with the tram stop, superb chip shop and a great pub all within spitting distance. The pier, promenade, restaurants and shops are a few minutes walk away. Our room was a regular double overlooking The Orme at the back. Spotlessly clean with a well equipped hospitality tray and toiletries. My only gripe was the bed was too soft for my liking. Breakfast was to die for and Simon is so accommodating, one morning of our stay we were heading to Conwy to participate in Parkrun, he stocked us up with biccies AND hung around to cook our breakfast on our return. That type of service is priceless. If I said that I felt like I was visiting family, I hope this will give you an idea of how comfortable we felt here. I'm not sure what else to say.... Well done on all you've achieved since your opening and can't wait for a return visit. …

We stayed for 2 nights after Simon had been closed for some refurbishment and as usual everything was spot on, from the courtesy call on the morning of our stay to tell us our room & car park space would be ready to our departure. Rooms still to a high standard & Simon takes time to look after everything. Also nice freshly cooked breakfast, he even let our daughter assist in the kitchen & she came out wearing some chefs whites. All in all I would recommend. Good location too. Thanks Simon.

We chose this B & B on other people's reviews and recommendations and we were certainly not disappointed! Simon is an excellent host, friendly and helpful ensuring a lovely comfortable stay and cooks a lovely breakfast (plenty of choice on menu). Our bedroom and bathroom were immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable with pristine bedding. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

We had a lovely 1st time stay at this B&B. Simon the proprietor goes above and beyond the call of duty. He helped us with our bags to our room upon arrival and gave up his parking space to accommodate us. Our room was very comfortable And Simon being an ex chef cooks a lovely breakfast. He went out of his way to make us welcome in every possible way and we shared some great laughs together. This Guest house is very near the great Orme Tramway with the kings head pub and fish and chip shop close by. Simon has made many improvements to the guest house since he took up residence and there is more improvements and investmentment scheduled for this year . This is a lovely place to come to and right near all the amenities in Llandudno. It is also very reasonably priced to stay here fully recommended and we will be going back next year to stay for longer to take in all the sights and the lovely food that he cooks…

We had a lovely stay at The Chelsea. The owner Simon was a fantastic host, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. He made the best cooked breakfast with good quality ingredients. We had the pleasure of meeting his two wonderful little helpers (son & daughter),who served our breakfast. The b&b is in a prime location, close to the tram station, restaurants and a two minute walk to the beach. We had a sea view from our room. It’s a family friendly place, clean, cosy, with a nice garden. We would stay here again.
