Stayed for one night over May bank holiday weekend. On arriving received a very warm welcome from Jim the owner. Taken up to our room and was told they had forgot to put towels in which was quickly rectified by Jim. However, things went downhill from there. The toilet wouldn't flush properly, the hair dryer did not work and we...

Stayed here for two nights over the bank holiday. The welcome from Jim was warm enough but seeing the state of his shirt did not bode well as it was stained from breakfast. Stayed in room 1 which on first glance did not seem too bad. There was an issue with keys which was quickly rectified by Jim. The furnishings...

We enjoyed staying here. The location is great, its literally within walking distance of all you need, really friendly people running the place( Jim and Sue) and good local knowledge too.Parking could be difficult directly outside, but you could get parked close by, we didnt need to, Jim held a space for us. They made the stay a real treat, hot...

Owners Jim & Sue, very friendly, the beds were clean & the breakfast ok, but that is it !! The room was VERY shabby, our bathroom had not been cleaned at all, luckily I had anti-bacterial wipes with me, but that made me feel that everything was dirty, the carpet hadn't been hoovered. We found out they had only opened...

Stayed at this hotel recently following reviews on this and other sites, unfortunately all the reviews are about the previous owners Liam & Laura. It has recently been taken over by Jim and family and can honestly say it was hideous from start to finish!! It is the worst B & B I have ever had the misfortune to stay...

Room clean but dated. Ensuite the same. Agree with other comments about very early morning noise re. bin & recycling collection. However, breakfast definitely worth staying for - delish. Position is everything and very convenient for the pier, Great Orme, tramway, the beach - everything. Parking is certainly a problem but the owner guarded a space for me whilst I...

The location is superb, however if you want to park close to the hotel you must arrive early, there are lots of streets to park surrounding the hotel though so not really an issue. The exterior is dated and could do with a lick of paint, The rooms are pretty much the same, was disappointed with the shower cubicle as...
