the bedroom although tired made up for it with snow white fluffy towels and snow white sheets and pillow cases changed every day for 5 days. Excellent food. I have stayed in 5* hotels not as clean as this one.

The parking was horrendous followed by no warm welcome inside the hotel. The room could do with a modern touch such as temperature control and the bathroom could do with updating. Didn't have the food at night so couldn't comment there however breakfast in the morning was pleasant and efficient. We found the room unlocked on Saturday evening after shutting...

Enquired via e-mail as to the possibility of hiring a function room (clearly shown on website) for an 18 birthday Party. I received the curt reply "we don't have a separate function room, sorry." Then why advertise it on the website? "Our wide range of facilities makes the hotel especially suitable for functions and private parties." Not to worry, there...

Abit of a language problem with 1 off the staff who served tea on Saturday night. All other staff were very pleasant. I was concererned...

The first time we visited this hotel it was fine but it was a bit different the second time around. The lift [ there's 3 ] to our room was broken the other two didn't go near our room. We had 21 steps to climb, straight up no landing halfway and no porter service at this hotel, how they expect...

First the good, given room 356, great with a side sea view, only problem was the lift was broken and I couldn't manage the stairs. The food was what you would expect from an hotel that mainly deals with coach parties, always hot and well presented, always sat at same table with the same people which we were all happy...
