This was our second visit to Osborne house and it was just as good as the 1st time. We were told we would be sat in the conservatory which at first we were unsure about.. However we were pleasantly surprised and had a lovely meal. Food was great and staff efficient when asked for something. We will be back again!!

We just returned from a three night stay having two rooms on the first and third floor. Truly excellent large rooms both of which were extremely well appointed living area, bedroom and bathroom. Great location on the sea front. Good restaurant. All staff were excellent and friendly. Only downside is there are a lot of stairs with no elevator. Breakfast...

This was our third visit to this excellent hotel. Luxurious accommodation and excellent food in beautiful surroundings. If you are looking for a relaxing hotel with the most elegant and tasteful decor throughout, then this is the one for you. No lift so not practical for those with mobility problems.

Stayed here for one night for a romantic get away. WOW. The rooms are stunning, we stayed in the king suite on the 1st floor, overlooking the sea and prom it is like a house. Its huge. A massive lounge area with open fire and candles. Table in the window so you can sit and watch the world go by,...

We ate here Monday night, could not fault staff, food or service. I had the Conway mussels and calves liver., delicious. My husband also had the mussels and rib eye steak which he also enjoyed. Well done. We will be back next time where in town.

My husband had I came here to eat for the third time, as unfortunately there appears to be no where else of quality decor and surroundings in Llandudno. I feel because of this, the owners should be paying more attention. On arrival we ordered drinks at the bar and sat down at on the sofas surrounding a coffee table. This...

I would just like to say what a lovely hotel this was, which was made perfect by the wonderful staff especially Jo. We stayed in the suite 105 on the third floor which suited us perfectly. My wife and I both said that we could quite happily live in it permanently. The decor, fittings and fixtures all blended in and...

We stayed as a group of five couples at Osborne House for two nights 24th and 25th February 2015 and had dinner in the hotel both nights. Everyone in the group was delighted, and my wife and I, as organisers, felt that we were treated magnificently. Top marks to Jo, who I believe manages the hotel, who took care of...

Stayed for two nights. The suite we stayed in 105, decorated and furnished in the Victorian style plus mod cons etc. A very large lounge, bedroom and bathroom which gave us a feeling of space and comfort. Parking great, which is important when staying in Llandudno as parking is at a premium there. Fridge and kettle in a small area...

We stayed for 2 nights. We've been to The Empire a few times and decided to try Osborne House. We stayed in room 105. The suite is a really good size with a large lounge area, sleeping area and bathroom. It was handy having parking at the back and easily accessible from the room. Fresh milk and ice provided in...
